Furniture Village - FC Southampton Reviews 

We bought a lovely sofa from Furniture village in Southampton the staff were helpful and gave us time to discuss our needs. The sofa is fantastic, and the delivery to the isle of Wight was faultless, the delivery guys Luke and Rich were very careful when delivering the heavy sofa, and were polite and tidy, couldn't fault them. 10/10

We are extremely happy with the delivery of our furniture. Everything was delivered, assembled and carefully tested to make sure it was working perfectly. Once everything was finished, all the boxes and packaging were cleared away and disposed of, leaving everything clean and tidy.
Luke and Rich were extremely polite, friendly and professional. They took great care throughout the whole process and were happy to answer all the questions I had.

Luke and Rich were great, showed up early and set up my sofa very quickly.

Shane & Luke delivered and built our replacement bed. Arrived at the specified time. They were courteous, efficient and quick with the build. Any questions were answered in a professional and polite manner. A full and comprehensive brief was given on completion. Very pleased with the service.

Quick and efficient delivery both Rich and Luke introduced themselfs to us and were friendly and talkative throughout.

Alex and Joe were helpful delivery men they helped me arrange my other furniture to make room for the sofa and put it in the best spot. Both friendly. Also delivered ahead of time by about 2 weeks!

We ordered our dining table and chairs and was given a 3-5 week delivery time within 2 weeks it was delivered and assembled by 2 lovely men Luke and Rich who were very polite and worked very fast was given 7-10am slot and were here by 8am quickly and efficiently job done will definitely go back to furniture village again

Delivery day given then updated to a time window which on the day the guys arrived within that slot. In fact they arrived within the first 15 minutes of the three hours so this was great and not have me waiting
Polite, tidy and set up item then placed in room of choice so all good 👍

Luke and Rich were absolutely brilliant. Took a lot of care not to damage anything and were very courteous. They were a credit to Furniture Village and would recommend to anyone.

Loads of mattresses to choose from and we settled on a good one. David was really helpful in getting us there, lots of good advice, friendly too, thank you!

Both Mac & Scott were absolutely brilliant really friendly chaps, phoned me half an hour before they arrived. They made sure my floors were covered before offloading the sofa. I am thrilled with my new corner sofa fits perfectly in my living room.
No negative comments 100% customer service. Would recommend Furniture village to friends and family.

Looked all over online for a good 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa bed set
Other websites were "cheap" or too expensive
Furniture village was not the cheapest but a fair price for what it is and very glad we made that choice!
The delivery guys Mac and Scott were on time, well presented and left everything clean and tidy, also took all the packaging with them!
