I had a horrid experience.
I was sent sofas that should never have left the workshop - as stated by the Technician, who eventually came out after more than 2 months of contact.
I reported the issue within 24 hours. The ‘installation’ guys knew when they tested the recliner that it wasn’t working properly. Sadly, it took over 3 months to finally be able to get a refund.
Avoid like the plague, as when things go wrong … they no longer value your custom.

Staff were helpful and knowledgable. They talked us through the order and made sure we got the correct orientation and matching color of the modular sofa piece we were after. Thanks

Very nice lady ( Rosie) asked if she could help told her I would just here to look she said go ahead but if we needed her she was just nearby if we needed her.We took our time found exactly what I was looking for called Rosie she took over explained everything made our experience pleasant and easy

Ordered a coffee table and opted to collect from store only to find that I will need to wait 3 weeks for it to be available in store.
I assumed it was in store as no information about availability when ordering

Richard at the Metro centre was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made choosing a dining room table easy. Excellent service!

Rosie was lovely not pushy answered our questions then gave us space /time to make our decisions .Then explained our options on deliver , payment and extras on offer very good experience which has now been enhanced as we received the dining suite today and the delivery team where top notch. There is nothing that would stop use buying from Furniture Village in the future

We were assisted by Rosie who was very helpful. She answered our questions as they arose and made us aware of different fabric options and cost. We were able to look around the store at our own pace. Rosie has also given us contact details should we need any further assistance. We have just had our dining table and chairs delivered and are very happy with delivery service and how quickly everything was put together.

Furniture Village at Gateshead are very good. They are selling good quality furniture at reasonable prices. They have good staff, who are keen to help and starting from ordering till delivery and installation today - the whole process worked smoothly. We can't recommend them enough. This is not the experience we have had from other companies. That's why we have used Furniture Village a few times and will probably continue to.

The shop was beautiful and clean, I was left to shop instead of been chased by staff. Tim the member of staff that helped me and placed my order was great he never pushed anything just answered all questions, and I spent more as I had a chance to look peacefully. Hats off to management and staff for there beautiful care of customers and there store
