A brilliant experience from start to finish. Brian acknowledged us as we entered, without being too pushy, but made us aware that he was there to assist us.

He observed us looking and when we were ready, stepped in and answered our questions with reassurance, knowledge and confidence. After some 30 mins, having fully explained our options and costs, we settled on a suite, payed the deposit and are looking forward to receiving our new suite in approximately 12 weeks time.

Awful quality and poor customer service. £1250 for a leather recliner chair and the seat is lopsided and the right arm rest is missing half its padding. Badly made. Was given the run around by their inspector who said the chair was "supposed to be like that". Was forced to do my own home repair by restuffing the seat and arm.

Great in store experience at Norwich store. Items on order but happy with service so far

Warm welcome and left alone to look around. All staff were helpful and knowledgeable in relation to all the products. We discussed our requirements with Phil, who was understanding, patient and extremely helpful and because of him we placed our order.
