Parking tickets for customers!
After spending ages in their shop we got a parking ticket. The shop would not contact the parking company unless we purchased something even though they remembered we were in the shop.
Not to worry, one of their neighbours did get the ticket refunded. We therefore spent our money there instead 😀

Was told mattress would be delivered in 3 weeks from order, over 4 weeks now. No communication to explain delays but on their tracker it says another 8 days but that's delivered to Furniture Village not to me
In this day and age communication is so easy so I should give it 1 star

Excellent service and very patient with good product knowledge. If Adam wasn't sure about something then he immediately found the answer.

Leo was very helpful and patient with us as we made our selection and purchase of bedroom furniture.

As always, furniture village gave a 110% all round customer service. Accommodating, friendly and not pushy. Sharon Davies is worth her weight in gold, we have bought several things with Sharon’s help and guidance. It’s always great to be greeted with a smiling friendly face and remembering us. Had a fabulous experience yesterday with Michael Carling. He couldn’t have done more for me and my mum when she was buying her new bed. A thoroughly pleasant experience.

Paid good money as I expected decent service.
All phone numbers are automated, nobody picks up and I waited in all day for my delivery that hasn’t happened.
Disgusting service

Non delivery of item ordered, tried phoning but no answer & did not return call as stated on automated call. On tracking it only stated delayed with a new date that has also passed. Would not reccomend to anyone & wont purchase from them again.
