Great service very friendly staff member helped with all my questions

We had a great experience at Furniture Village Poole today. Shortly after entering the store Ricardo approached us and said that if we needed any help he would be happy to advise. He was true to his word. There was absolutely no hard sell, just lots of knowledgeable information from him about anything we were interested in. We must have called on him about six times and he was just so friendly and helpful. We ended up buying furniture for two bedrooms and a corner sofa having deliberated for about three hours ! I would definitely recommend this store, we were very happy with our visit.

We dealt with Andy. Very helpful chap. It pushy at all which it very nice. Gave us a great deal on our new sofa. Extremely helpful.

Michael was amazing and so incredibly helpful. My wife and I visited both the Poole and Southampton stores and made a special trip back to Poole to purchase from Michael as he was by far the person we wanted to deal with. I hope the delivery is as professional and helpful.

We recently visited the store in Poole. We had seen a sofa online that we wanted to view in person. As we arrived at the store, we found the sofa we wanted to see and was greeted by Michael. Michael was incredibly welcoming and informative about the various different options possible.
Michael was helpful and added his knowledge and experience into our decision. We were satisfied with the customer service and look forward to receiving our sofa.

Looking for a dining table, ther was a good selection to choose from, Sharon gave us the information on products that made the selection easier, the transaction was smooth.

Sharon was an excellent friendly member of the store, got a great deal on a mattress was lovely.

Sharon was so helpful, providing alternate samples for chair fabrics and pointing out different features of the dining tables. Very courteous and helpful - she even honoured our discount code.

Called into store, ordered lamp and discussed replacing mattresses.
Polite, not pushy.

I spoke to Paige today in the customer care service team and I can honestly say how pleasantly surprised I was by her efficiency knowledge and kindness. To be totally honest, when I have purchased items from Furniture Village Poole, all of the staff have been very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable and I will not hesitate to look at their furniture first the next time I need something. Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend your store to my friends and family.

Good experience allowed to move chairs around to see if they fitted suited the table we chose. Salesman Dan very helpful not pushy...

Friendly inviting staff without pressure

Bed and mattress sold is not fit for purposed. Mattress already indented after 11 nights (not a heavy person at 76 Kg). Will cause ridge is the middle. Sides of the mattress are weak all seemed ok in the store. Customer service is terrible and I've been sent round in circles between the Product Aftercare and the store multiple times. Their store phone line menu is terrible and doesn’t indicate an option to speak with the store. During purchase, the store advised 7-10 days for delivery, but paperwork order confirmation stated 4-6 weeks, and it was delivered just short of 3 weeks. The website does not have customer reviews for products, so you can't trust real life opinions and experiences to see that others also suffer with this product. Sorry, but never again and I won't be recommending Furniture Village to anyone.
