Brilliant sales sta,,cannot do enough.However,appalling after sales service,we have heard nothing about delivery until this week 4months after purchase)to be told delivery will be whilst we are on holiday.I have sent several emails mails pointing g this out and tried to call the store with no reply from either.i just feel this is rude when spending so much money.I do hope furniture village dont have a wasted journey

Shiva was very helpful and very friendly, she gave us the right amount of space to think without being too overpowering with a sales approach. She very very knowledgeable and knew her facts on all the items we wished to discuss. Thank you Shiva for your patience and allowing us to choose the items we came to look for.

Shiva was extremely helpful and paid attention to detail. Also, physically helped us move the chairs.

Was greeted by the door with Carol who was so lovely offered us condiments also and had a really good laugh with her

We had a great time here being helped by the very friendly Kevin! He helped us pick out our bed and mattress and was incredibly accommodating to us not being sure what it is we wanted! Thanks Kevin!

Welcoming friendly staff. Excellent choice of sofas, dining furniture, beds and more. Quick and easy to purchase with everything explained clearly.

We were greeted by a salesman, whom we later discovered was the Manager. He was vey welcoming, without being pushy.
Once we had made our decision we were handed over to Carolyn.
She was very knowledgable about the leather furniture that we had chosen. She explained the care package, and the delivery procedure
