Both David and Sean were polite and courteous. They tidied up after themselves and they went above and beyond for a vulnerable customer.
Thank you both for your efforts and for making the delivery process smooth and stress free after the previous booking had to be postponed due to a fall.

I was so impressed with the delivery men DAVE &JOE. They were polite and very helpful. As an extension had been built and we'd had rain the night before the entrance was very muddy. They carried our new sofa around with not a muddy foot print anywhere. Thank you again.

Had 2 two-seater sofas delivered today by the very efficient and lovely operatives Anton and Matt. We have had some not so good experiences in the past with other companies, so our expectations weren’t too high. These guys are absolute credit to the company and the furniture is perfect.

Kris and Sancho were incredible, assembling the dining table in less than 30 minutes. They handled everything with such care, moving the entire set from outside to its final spot inside with ease.

Very efficient staff at the Bristol branch. Bought a reclining armchair in 10 minutes. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would use them again.
Delivery guys (Kyle and Sean) super helpful. Put down protective mats, took shoes of at the door. Explained how the recliner was put together (useful when it might need transporting ... not straightforward). Told about QR code under the chair giving all relevant details. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Perhaps you should consider giving them a bonus!

Arrived on time & very friendly. We offered refreshment ( as we always do) this was declined politely & once everything was fully explained to us re care etc. they left with a cheery goodbye. I would recommend them for all your deliveries. Important part of your company I would say. From start to finish we have had very good service & we would not hesitate to return.
