Tom and Colin were exceptionally polite and made short work of unloading 8 large packages which form a lovely sofa. They worked together to get the large parts through some very small gaps and we are very grateful for the perfect service. Thank you Tom and Colin.

We received a call to say the delivery would be a few minutes and about 25 later they arrived. The delivery and installation was carried out without any fuss. I would say that in the 44 years we have been having deliveries Tom & Colin from Furniture Village were the nicest, most respectful & professional delivery men we have ever had. A credit to the company.

Colin and Tom arrived exactly at the time they said they would and very carefully moved the new furniture into our room to assemble it in place. Very quick and efficient, no mess , no fuss, brilliant job.

Neil and Ant were extremely friendly and professional with the delivery of my bed and matters. They lay down protective coverings along the corridor and inspect the bedroom area. Installation was completed in 30 minutes, as promised. He demonstrated how the ottoman bed operates, including the safety support bar, and ensured that there were no issues with the ottoman bed. Handed out brochures and documentation concerning issues and how to deal with them. I am very delighted with the purchases, thank you Furniture Village, and would recommend.

I can’t fault the delivery team from Furniture Village, their service was brilliant. Rausheed and Rismy put the new ottoman bed together in exactly the right spot and were polite, professional, clean, and tidy. Their communication prior to delivery was great so I knew exactly when to expect them.
The sales team at Furniture Village were also good, both in the showroom and telesales, as were the team who arrange delivery once the order is in. A great experience overall.

Mehtab and Paddy were brilliant!
They arrived, laid down a runner as to. Pt damage the floor, took off their shoes and got to work.
Once the bed was built and mattress on, they showed me how the ottoman worked and ensured I had the guarantee guide and new mattress protection.
Both Mehtab and Paddy did a fantastic job and were very polite and friendly.
