Henry and Andy Delivered our furniture exactly when expected. They were friendly respectful and helpful.

Jay and Khush delivered the matress without any issues and helped bring my old matress down to ground level. Excellent, quick, and friendly service.

Jo and Kal man rang before delivery as they were going to arrive early. They came in and unpacked the 2 sideboards and put them where I requested. They took away all the rubbish. They were both friendly and worked quickly.
I was very happy with the whole process. Thank you.

Good pre-delivery updates the gents arrived when they said they would and a couple of great blokes, Reef and Gomes 👌👌polite and respectful of our home and they even liked my tea. They had the bed finished in record time whilst entertaining me with great tales from home. A real credit to FV

They contacted me in good time, to allow me to prepare for their delivery, were both polite and courteous, and explained what they needed from me, clearly. The furniture was delivered to the room I asked for and assembled, demonstrated and after care requirements were explained well. 10/10

Jay and Gio were excellent! They delivered the bed promptly and assembled it quickly and professionally. They were friendly, efficient, and took great care throughout the process. Really impressed with the service—thank you, Jay and Gio!

PA & Kushi were professional and thorough. They even bought a rug with them so they didn’t get the floor dirty. Left a top tips card on how to care for he bar stools. Quality customer service!!!

Jay and Gio delivered our footstool in an efficient and professional manner. They were very friendly and took great care to make sure that the footstool was delivered in great condition, ensuring a very smooth process.

Joe and Franz were amazing. So careful to look after my home. Beds were assembled quickly and looked great would not hesitate to recommend them.

Really helpful staff. Both delivery chaps, Joe and Kalman were very polite and both worked well together, one unpacking, one setting up. Joe went through the set up and use of the console with me. Looking forward to receiving the 2nd sofa in November. Thank you guys.

We just got our sofa delivered by furniture village …Such nice and humble delivery guys who got everything done nicely on time …delivery, unpacking and fixing the sofa all done pretty well …all questions I asked were answered very well..
