Dan and Shaun delivered my furniture exactly on time. Both were very friendly and very quick. Even asked if they should remove their shoes. Items were put exactly where I wanted. The furniture arrived securely covered up. Thank you Furniture Village, and a thank you to Rosie at the Metro Centre who served me and was very helpful and patient

Absolutely brilliant service from Steve and Kev delivering my new bed from Furniture Village. They were both really friendly, polite and professional from start to finish. They took great care bringing the bed into the house and made sure everything was handled carefully.

It was a really smooth and stress-free delivery, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were a credit to Furniture Village and are a great example of what excellent customer service should be.

Delivered at the time expected. Great double crew who installed dining room table and chairs quickly exactly how I wanted it. Clean and tidy installation. Very happy with quality of items received.

They were polite and careful of my property.
They set everything up and checked all the electrics worked. Replacing lost pads on the legs to protect my wood floors.
