Excellent all round service. The communication was informative, reliable and professional and the delivery drivers Vinnie & Tony were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Ethan and Stu quickly sorted a problem out with my wonky looking reclining sofa. It had simply come unclipped. They were really helpful, polite and gave good advice. I cannot fault Furniture Village.

I’d like to share my appreciation for Paul and Tom at Furniture Village for helping me with my dining table issue. They were friendly, professional, and quick to sort everything out. The whole process was smooth, and they made sure the table was fixed properly without any hassle.

What a breath of fresh air Vinnie and Tony were when delivering my replacement bar stool today. From the phone call to say they were on their way, to navigating my 100m, windy driveway, to the actual delivery, they were bubbly and professional. Great job lads!

Very happy with our dining set delivery today. The delivery guys, Paul and Stu had experienced some serious traffic issues that morning, but still managed to deliver to us on time. Although we hadn't received the text confirming delivery window on the previous evening, communication on the day was excellent. Paul and Stu took great care with our furnishings and laid a carpet protector in the hall. Assembly was quick and efficient, and the guys were courteous and friendly throughout. Delighted with our new dining suite.

Our delivery experience was excellent!
Soheb and Tarek carefully unloaded the coffee table set and brought it into our lounge, after removing their shoes.
They unwrapped everything, which had been excellently packaged and fitted the tops onto both tables.
They were friendly, polite and provided an exemplary service!

We are thrilled with our dining chairs. Our home delivery specialists were Paul and Stu, who were friendly and professional.
However, we were told that we would receive a message the day prior to delivery which would give us a 2 hour window. This message never came and so it was a bit of a rude awakening to get a phone call shortly after 7am to be told that delivery was 15 minutes away! We could cope with this but imagine if we'd been elderly or infirm. Apparently the delivery before ours had also not received notification so goodness knows what time those customers were woken up!
Without this problem, my review would have been 5 stars.

Absolute delivery job well done!
Wasn’t an easy job for them to do.
Second floor apartment it took some doing, wasn’t a small object to get up those stairs without a lift.
They delivered with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Both very respectful of my property and both polite and friendly.
