Driver called giving us notice of arrival which was appreciated. Table installed in super quick time. He then gave us instructions on how to disassemble if needed, plus all the parts required to do this. Very clean. Very professional. Took all the rubbish away. Would recommend highly.

Brilliant service from ordering in store to all the communication for delivery at a time that suited me as I needed building work to be completed . The company was so understanding in this. Then on day of delivery received a message with time of delivery window and then a phone call when they were 10 minutes away. Delivery guys were brilliant and so respectful. A very happy customer who would not hesitate to use Furniture Village again.

Drivers were friendly & efficient & there were no problems

We were really let down by furniture village last year and decided to give them another try. This time the sales assistant was professional and kind as well as informative and honest. We went away still a little skeptical and then the delivery confirmation came through quickly. We got it delivered today by two very respectful gents. It must’ve been an absolute pain taking there shoes off at the door while delivering heavy furniture but they did it anyway. Giving second chances do sometimes work out!

Communication was great, delivery was easy to track and staff were helpful and quick. Second purchase from here and would highly recommend!

The couch is great, and great service at the shop by Cathy. The delivery drivers were very professional, delivered in time and made the couch quickly.

Ethan and Tommy arrived promptly for our sofa delivery, assembled both sofas and provided tips for aftercare.
They were both friendly and I would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time, very friendly and helpful advice, put everything together,our Avorio swivel dining table looks great, chairs are comfortable. The guys were helpful setting up the position and adjusted to suit my wife’s request. Top team, good lads.

I nearly always buy from Furniture Village, they are helpful, not pushy. Quality furniture as well. Interest free credit is a bonus. Delivery drivers were also friendly and put the furniture together very quickly.

Excellent service. I was notified what time delivery would be and was able to track delivery. Men arrived in good time took mattress upto bedroom. They even offered to wrap old mattress in plastic and bring it downstairs. They were very polite and friendly taking great care not to damage the walls

Excellent service ! Friendly, polite, efficient. Assembled the furniture, which I was not expecting. Took away all the packaging. Would definitely recommend.

Great tracking info for the delivery. Polite and very efficient delivery guys. Put the table together and demonstrated the extension mechanism then cleared all the packaging and removed it. Great service.
