Home Delivery team Alfie & Shaun, were extremely professional and careful delivering and installing all our new furniture downstairs. They protected all our new flooring and ensured the new furniture would not scratch it.
Would recommend these guys!!

Ty and Simon, Home Delivery Specialists for Furniture Village, text to let us know they were on the way and arrived at specified time. They built and arranged the bedroom furniture and left the room tidy, taking all the cardboard away with them. Before they left, they made sure we were happy and explained how to best look after the furniture to keep it in its best condition. Thank you Ty and Simon :)

We had our new dining table delivered this morning by Ty & Rhys who represent Furniture Village in Solihull.
They were both very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful.

Mike and Abdul were brilliant today. On time polite and extremely tidy.
The assembly process was completed with a quiet efficiency rarely seen. No mess no noise just deliver assemble check in I was happy explain how the care needs and gone.
I wish everyone was as good as this. You have two good ones here Furniture Village, look after them.

Delivery was on time & within the times given. The coffee table was put together by two staff members who delivered it. They were quick & efficient-gave out information for caring for furniture-then took away all packages for recycling. Job well done.

Janson & Dave arrived precisely on time and gave me a polite good morning. They proceeded to the bedroom where the headboard was designated and they duly fitted it within minutes, no mess and no fuss.
They were well mannered and professional, excellent service from James at the Worcester store and the two gents who delivered and fixed it.

Very good info for delivery. Ty and Leigh who delivered our three piece suite were careful, considerate and very capable team. Couldn't fault them. Furniture Village suite excellent. Very pleased with the service received.

I really am impressed with Furniture Vilage. Turned up on time following communications that kept me fully updated. Really nice lads Mike and Abdul who were polite, conscientious, quick and just an absolute pleasure, both a real credit to furniture village. This is my first time buying from them and given this experience, I am 100% using them again!. Great experience.
