Alfie and Shaun our delivery gentlemen were fabulous, even took shoes off! Made light work of the job, friendly, efficient and courteous.
It’s a shame Furniture Village themselves were not as adept as the helpful delivery gentlemen and our matching chair was sent to another delivery depot. Hopeful it will be with us shortly.

Alfie and Shaun did everything brilliantly and also left the house spotless, they were very professional!

Took delivery of our suite today and I love it Shayne & Shaun were very polite Friendly and respectful of our home. They put the suite together with expertise and took away all the packaging. Thank you

Ty and Leigh arrived to deliver and assemble our dining table. They were very helpful and pleasant individuals. They answered all of our questions, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I am very satisfied with the home delivery services.

Had a 3 hour time slot given which is helpful, not waiting in all day. Turned up within an hour of that time. Adam was really pleasant and was chatty which was great, Sat was also friendly, he was mostly in the lorry building the chairs up. Talked me through taking pictures in the house and about the table. Very tidy absolutely no mess. Great service 😊

I had a reclining chair delivered this morning. I was kept fully up to date as to when it would arrive which was on time.

Leigh & Ty were quick, efficient and had everything in place within 15 minutes. They were also very friendly and made sure everything was as I wanted it.

The service received today was absolutely first class and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Ordered a Tito Side Table to go with a new suite. Not the cheapest but a very nice item of furniture - solid and looks good. Delivery by Mike and Rhys was friendly and efficient.

Ty and Leigh were so professional and helpful, sofa was taken around the back of house and put together and put into place. They took their shoes off and put a mat down so not to make any mess, so pleased with the service and our new sofa would definitely recommend

Home delivery of new matress was excellent ,great caution in house not to damage anything and very friendly delivery men .
