Both Gemima and Natalie from Furniture…

Both Gemima and Natalie from Furniture Village were brilliant in resolving my issue regarding my mirror that was broken during shipment. Thesectwo were very professional and empathetic of my situation that caused me to report the damage late.

At firstbI spoke to one lady who sounded very unprofessional and heartless. She kept on talking about the 7 day policy to report the damage yet I was trying to tell her that I was unwell to focus on fixing the mirro so it remained packed until when I opened it later and found the damage. She had no empathy at all, no time to listen.

We just got a sofa today. Fizz was great!

We just got a sofa today! Fizz was incredible! He sat with us for a long time whilst we were deciding between 2 different sofas. We finally decided and he wa so helpful and with us every step of the way. I highly recommend and cannot thank you enough for great customer service. All the best with your new arrival. Arvind was an excellent staff member

Arvind was an excellent staff member. From the moment we walked into store he gave us a warm welcome and immediately offered a hot drink and asked if we needed help. He then assisted us with buying our dinning table and gave us excellent advice. It was an absolute pleasure being served by him.

Bought an item and it was never delivered, no answer from the shop

Bought an item and it was never delivered. Went online to track, the website has both the information that it was delivered, but it is delayed. Went to customer service online, they tell me they can't see the order and I had to call the shop. Call the shop, they tell me they need to contact the vendor and will get back to me in 24 h. 3 days later, I'm waiting on the line to try to talk to the shop again.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Furniture Village and would not recommend them based on how my order has been handled.
I placed an order for multiple items (sofas and a dining set) and was clearly told that delivery would take around 3 weeks for sofas 12 weeks for the dining set. Based on this, I paid £2700 upfront. However, the timeline has not been respected at all—months later, 12 weeks already passed, my order is still incomplete. I am still waiting for the 1-seater sofa and dining chairs.
To make matters worse, the 3-seater sofa arrived with a faulty leg, and it took around 8 weeks just to get it repaired. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. I made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding delays and issues, but received no response. The only time they reached out was to request the remaining balance.
Most recently, I received both an email and text confirming a delivery date. I took a day off work to be home for it, only for the delivery to not show up—with no explanation or communication. This caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial loss.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication, repeated delays, missed delivery, and poor customer service are unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering, as once they have your money, getting proper service seems very difficult.
I am still waiting for my order to be completed and for this situation to be resolved.

I was told my chair would be put…

I was told my chair would be put together on delivery and charged for this with delivery charge of £119 pounds chair came in one piece nothing to put together I think now I was coned into paying for it to be put together

Fizz was amazing

Fizz was amazing - really great with his advice & guidance on our new bed sale! He upsold us a mattress which we didn't go in for but pulled together a great bundle deal we couldn’t refuse. Very polite & I wish him all the best with his upcoming baby!

Worth the visit

Fizz was warm, welcoming and friendly. I knew what I wanted and he instantly connected with me. He even helped me out with price as I just missed the sale date. Would definitely recommend paying him a visit at Staples Corner. Can't wait to get my sofa.

Poor Customer Experience

I went along with my family to shop at furniture village Staples Corner London. I was greeted by Ahmed who came across very friendly and assisted briefly. I later on seeked help from fizz as we finalized the furniture we wanted to purchase. During the negotiation on price i requested to see Store Manager 'Darren'. Upon my request, Sales Assistant Fiz approached the Store Manager Darren who was standing in the lift. As Fiz spoke to Darren and i wasn't able to get his attention. I felt this was extremely disrespectful. Given the fact i wasn't been made aware he was already with a customer. I was under the impression my request was ignored which resulted myself walking away from the store angry, frustrated and disappointed. I was intercepted from Ahmed on my way out who de escalated the situation and assisted to proceed with sale. Upon placing order I was informed item will be dispatched in a week. After 1 week when i called helpline i was told item is not in stock and will be available in another week when it will be arranged to be dispatched. Its been 5 weeks now. Upon raising query with the sales team again. I was told there was no initial comment made from sales assistant for split delivery hence order was not dispatched upon being available. I have disposed off my table with the advised time from Fiz. I do not have a dining table at home. Customer experience is not money worth. It has put me off from making future purchases despite as a good will gesture, I made the effort of visiting again putting the experience behind.
