I helped a friend of mine buy a Ford Puma from Furrows Telford after recommending them due to my previous positive experience. I went back to the same salesperson, David Holt, and we again had a hassl... See more

Our car was in an accident and insurance sent it to furrows to be repaired in Oswestry. After repair the door s kept sticking turned out they hadn't fitted the door handles correctly. After a while I tried to to live with the one side that had been repaired by them being a different colour so I got it resprayed avoid furrows oswestry for car body repairs
Please avoid furrows in Shrewsbury. Comes to something when a sales guys takes all your details and whet expense you are looking to spend but when he tries to get another £2,500 for a car you don’t want is another thing. Stay away from this location.
I recently had a service done at Kia Telford. This was my first contact with this company and I found them to be helpful and polite. The service was completed as advised and I was kept well informed.
I was due to collect my Kia Soul 2020 Edition EV on the Friday of lock down week. Josh Wigston kept in touch through lock down and called me on 28th May to say that my car had just been delivered. The salesman I was dealing with, Kevin Redstone, who had been furloughed, came in on 1st June to hand over the car. Brilliant car, brilliant service, great people!
I've just bought a used car from Furrows, Oswestry and have no complaints whatsoever. My car was taken as part exchange and the way in which the James, the salesperson dealt with the whole thing was polite, patient and efficient.
I've dealt with Furrows many times in the past and have always been happy with the service given.
Travelled for 4 hours to collect my new car, service wasn’t great. Kept waiting ages with two bored teenagers! What should have been a easy smooth transaction was made long, stressful & the car wasn't ready.
After nearly 2 hours finally got out of there.
Very unreliable and untrustworthy. Called at 10AM morning regarding a used Mazda CX5. Was told that the car is available and that I can come and see the car. Despite the fact I asked for a holding deposit I was told that its not necessary. Drove for three hours with a three year to see the car. Twenty miles to the destination, I received a call from the dealership reporting that the car has been sold as I has not paid any holding deposit. Six hours of pointless journey, a tired kid and a complete mistrust of the whole brand was the gain of the day.
We were customers at Furrows for nearly eight years and hardly ever had any complaint. However, all that changed December 2018 when we bought a faulty kangarooing Karoq 1.5 Tsi manual that also had the deadly flat spot in second gear. We tried to reject it after only two weeks. We were refused that by Furrows due to Skoda not recognising it as fault but "characteristic!". They knew very well we were financially backed into a corner and no access to other vehicle. We, therefore had no other option but to accept their "kind" offer of losing nearly three grand on trading the Karoq in for a different car marque. We are totally fuming with them. We will never ever by anything from Furrows ever again!
People do yourselves a big favour and keep away from Furrows and V.A.G. cars.
After being assured on numerous occasions that the van I was interested in was immaculate and spot on in every way and that I wouldn’t be disappointed, I put a deposit on it, myself and a mate then took the day off and made the 500 odd mile round trip to collect the ford transit l4 only to find that the van had been clearly damaged and repaired at some point down the drivers side. When I challenged the salesman he claimed he new nothing about it and he was a mechanical guy and not a paintwork guy??you would think when you are travelling such a distance they could at least be honest with you, if they had I wouldn’t have even considered this van. Very poor service
I'd like to thank Phil Davies Service Manager and the team at Furrows, Shrewsbury for fantastic service on fixing my rear O/S electric window and a noise coming from my 2017 Ford Kuga. It sounded like a piece of cardboard in the spokes of my push bike as we used to do as a kid ( a chattering noise) but they persisted with the problem and didn't give up till they found the loose panel in the door and fixed . Thanks all Ian
Used for leasing a car, great sales staff, very helpful and friendly even when we have been back in after sales. Service staff are really friendly too and always try to get the car through as quick as possible when I have the children with me. Recommended.
I find no reason to complain about the treatment we received from Furrows, Oswestry. First class as always and Jonathan Williams in particular. Always ready to assist and explain any queries. We shall return as and when necessary.
You would expect that the conduct and customer experience from a Main Dealer such as Furrows would be above and beyond any other Garage, How wrong I was in this case.
I suspect because they have the majority of Ford, Mazda, Kia & Skoda franchises in shropshire, they are complacent and don't care.
Firstly, Mis-quoted on the cost of the work. When I arrived to pick car up price had nearly doubled!
When I argued they denied all knowledge of the original quote and basically called me a liar!
Secondly, took twice as long as they said because they didnt even get the car into the workshop on the day I was supposed to collect it.
Thirdly, when I got the car back, there was a noise from the front and whilst searching for it I noticed the front brake hose was not clipped into its retaining bracket, it was left in such a way that it could have rubbed on the tyre!
Lastly, couple of weeks after the work, the car developed a massive oil leak!
Had to take it back again, where it was confirmed to be one of the oil seals that they had replaced days before.
They eventually fixed it... under protest.
So what do I think of Furrows?.... Well in polite terms, I wouldn't take my wheelbarrow there!
