Diversion a just outcome after long battle with the prosecution.
I can hardly believe the fantastic outcome Mark achieved for me, I keep pinching myself to make sure it's real.
And then I realise it is real and that the ordeal is over.
A disproportional application of a new law had me in the firing line to be branded a criminal and do untold damage to both my family and professional life.
Thank god I had Furstenberg Law in my corner or I would have been off to the County Court to face serious charges.
Once again my profound thanks to Mark who from the outset had my best interests at heart and fought a long and difficult battle with the DPP to see 5 of the 6 charges dropped.
He then skilfully negotiated a diversion on the last charge which the presiding magistrate granted believing it to be a fair and just outcome, appropriate to the level of offending.
No words can express my gratitude or describe the debt I owe Mark and the team at Furstenberg Law for giving me back my life.

King of Diversion
Mark is the best out of the rest. He advised me in details and did everything, so that I get the best outcome. Because of his knowledge, experience and hard work, i got the best outcome.I would say he is the diversion king. Thanks wouldn't be enough to show my gratitude. Others told me it would be a tricky case...
I came to Furstenberg Law with my case of which I was told by other lawyers I’d have a tough chance getting the result I wanted. I was referred by a reputable barrister to bring my case directly (and specifically) to Mark Martoccia at Furstenberg.

Extremely Satisfactory Outcome to Complex Sexual Offences Case
My case had dragged on for almost six years before I chose FurstenbergLaw to take it over.
