⭐️ The Quality No Longer Matches the Price Level!

I have purchased a fair amount of training apparel from Fusion over the years and have previously been satisfied. However, I now have to conclude that the quality no longer matches the premium price level.

I have experienced repeated quality issues across several products. When operating in the premium segment, durability and finishing should be consistently high – even after normal use and washing. It is simply not acceptable for products in this price range to fall short of basic expectations.

Customer service has been polite, but the claims process feels rigid and bureaucratic, requiring invoices and documentation that are not always realistic to retrieve – especially as a long-term and loyal customer.
When multiple items need to be complained about, trust inevitably starts to erode. At this price point, there are other brands that offer more consistent durability and value.

I genuinely hope Fusion takes this feedback seriously. The brand has strong potential – but quality must consistently justify the price!

I'm a client of Fusion Markets for some time now but I have to express my satisfaction with this broker once more, everything is so well organized, from the point of contact up to where your problem is solved. No incompetence; agents in training and not knowing their job; playing for time and giving answers that's totally irrelevant; etc etc. I went through many conversations with several brokers in my lifetime but Fusion is the best. Agent Gretchen who served me today is incredibly good at her job, a real thunderbolt. I hope this broker will be there for a 100 years.

What an experience. Such a lovely shop. Our sales assistant was unreal. Nothing was a problem to her. Got a stunning dress. Had a lovely day. This mother of the groom was very satisfied with fusion fashion moycullen

The tights are superb fit and quality. Delivery takes a while and although they say it's 'free' above a certain order value - it is only free when delivered to a parcel shop and not to your home which I find a bit misleading.

Excellent boiler technician, punctual and efficient, a very pleasant boiler expert to service Fusion boiler.

It’s clearly a scam …. All made in china! Need I comment more…. ?

I loved the pieces of clothing I kept, however, €10 to use a prepaid return label for a €50 shirt is not justifiable. Will probably not purchase from the website again for this reason.

I bought some items and shipped to Portugal. Incredibly they couldn’t deliver it on time, it was a series of mistakes. First they told me that there was no one to receive, but the pack weas sent to a hotel. After that it was sent to a GLS collect place 15 min by car from the hotel and I asked to send again to the hotel. This total confusion and mess made the person who would receive leave the hotel, so I didn’t receive…. I Bought the items to wear in El Cruce a 3 days race in Patagonia, now I will have to find other stuff to wear there… It is unbelievable.

First of all the delivery time from Denmark to Greece was about 5 working days, that means was superfast comparing with other companies. I was amazed by the quality of the products, that they were absorbing at max the humidity without gain any extra weight. That helped me run with much more intensity get my personal best at 10k down by almost 4 minutes. STRONGLY RECOMMEND FUSION!

Used for a week now. Ordered size M - length is good but fit is very tight. Sold as cold-weather tights. I consider as semi-cold weather gear - ok to appr 3’ C temperature, not below 0 C (winter). Build and material quality are good.

Exchanged running vest for smaller size, flawless process, swift, friendly and helpful customer service, high quality products as usual

I have trained for many years i love useing fusion the clothes wont let you Down ! The work just as they say❤️If you Think they are expensive , they make there clothes. In Europe , from the highest quality materiale we have just now , if you follow there instructions for Washing they wont smell and they last like they say for many , many Years , i am 47 now never really needed winter tights for running They make Them too last year , i bought my first pair they kept my kidney and bladder area much warmer in our winter scandanavia , there Triathlon suits are temperature rated to Spring , summer , autumn , you dont buy twice they are made and tested by some of the worlds best athletes , the people that know what we need , there a Company that likes to listen to there customers , they are a Company that believe in Sport. And contribute and help our proffessionel athletes , i cant find better ❤️Thanks Fusion
