Used be happy, now I am not. No customer service. No support ticket responses. Support tickets CLOSED BY THEM WITH NO ANSWER. Unbelievable.

They claim 99.9% uptime but I wouldn't even be surprised if they even reach 80%.

Even THEIR OWN SITE goes down for hours at a time. Seriously poor service.

They don't have support (They say 24h...). I have tickets with more than 2 months. There is an error in the phpmyadmin and you can't access to the database to export the data. They changed the permission in the server and now I can't change anything in my Django. SCAM SCAM AND SCAM

One word. SCAM! If you have signed up with FustionHost, you won't get any hosting services, and your account will never be activated. Your money will be withdrawn immediately. Your support tickets will never be answered. But don't worry, they will be reported for fraud. Believe me, I'm gonna take them down. All user reviews written about them are BY THEM! BEWARE! I wouldn't ever lie to you. Don't put yourself in this situation. Total garbage.

First it started with their customer support dying slowly, until the point that there are NO replies at all. We still have several support tickets without answer, those filled months ago.

Their service is in decline, we've experienced for the second time downtimes. The first downtime took around 1 week to get fixed and their site also went down so there was no way to contact them.

The second downtime happened in less than 20 days and their site is also down. We don't know how much time it will take to get things back but meanwhile we're looking for another solution.

Lately their customer support is lacking badly. We and our customers have sent support tickets and various mails and neither of us have received an answer from them. Seems that customer support is dead. It is a shame, 'cause they service is good, and their support was outstanding...

Below was my original review on these guys ages ago then something happened, they went MIA during a long downtime. Then all of a sudden the site was back up on a different DNS and host with never a peep from anyone at fusionhost.com. Something happened and no one will ever know I guess what happened. I'm down again for the last 48 hrs sad state of affairs because these guys were fantastic now they are shite.

I've worked in customer service for years, and I've never encountered a more pleasant group of folks than at FusionHost. They offer a great product, with reasonable pricing, and great service. These guys are nothing short of fantastic. Personable, professional, efficient, I could go on. If I have any questions/concerns, they are prompt. Would highly recommend and look forward to being a customer of this company for many years to come.

I love this hosting provider because their main customer support is very thorough when answering questions and they explain it in a way that makes sense to me (someone who's not a website programmer). Fantastic! Very reasonable prices as well.

FusionHost are a great company. Their servers are up all of the time and I have not had a problem yet with downtime since I joined last year. Whenever I need to get my question answered, their support staff get back to me within the hour and provide a detailed answer and you can tell they care about you unlike some other hosts I have been with who are very rude and unhelpful. A top host overall and I look forward to using them for years to come.

They are a superb hosting company. Their customer service is very friendly, thorough and responsive. I've already recommended them to a couple of close friends and they are equally as impressed, especially for the price. They also have a great software installer for installing WordPress which saves me a lot of time. I can have a WordPress blog up and running in literally seconds. Awesome!
