Very Happy Frenchie!
After an early onset kidney disease diagnosis for my Frenchie I looked into switching his food and came across Futalis. Ordering was simple and delivery fast. Frank loved the wet food (tap dancing in circles in excitement) yet flatly refused the dry food. I sought advice from the customer service team, who responded instantly, they explained that at least some of the dry food is essential for Frank but we could try hiding it in the wet (a kind of 'hidden veg' method that anyone who has fussy kids will know about). It worked. They were so flexible in sending me extra wet food and then altering the delivery date and items in my future orders. Really could not have asked for more. In less than 2 weeks the symptoms of his kidney issues significantly reduced and a month later he is symptom free. It wont be forever of course but I am pleased I made the switch to Futalis!
