Products are mostly great but instructions were missing for one of them. Delivery company for larger products was terrible and should be changed. Nearly ran over my neighbour's garden next to the driveway and didn't seem to care much for the products they were delivering.

This lovely ladder shelf was delivered quickly and conveniently. It’s an attractive and sturdy item, which was easily put together by myself and my friend.

Ordered a stool, arrived on time but really poor quality. The wood was rough in places, generally wasn't finished well and we had to pay to return it for a refund!

Very helpful member of staff in Bristol store when I went to see item of interest (bamboo shoe tower with mirror)..they ordered product for collection from another store (Solihull) where they were similarly helpful when I went to get it.
Now assembled and in use and am pleased with look, function & quality.

I've used this piece as a plant stand in my bathroom. It looks great and was easy to assemble. I've bought a number of items from the Futon Company and always been pleased with them.

Very disappointed with the quality of the two items we bought. One had wood effect paper on the legs to make it 'appear' to be wood, bolts that wouldn't screw into the wood (plywood) and all parts were different shades. The other item was marginly better but wouldn't have paid more than £10 for either. Customer Services weren't helpful either when they eventually replied! Everything looks nice in the shop/brochure but in reality IKEA furniture is much much better quality. Won't be buying from again.

wonderful bed! I was able to purchase at the sale as they offered to hold it in storage until our moving date.That was very helpful!
