Be aware. They remove any negative reviews from their website. I posted this last week, and it was on their website for less than an hour.

First and foremost, the customer service at this company is extremely disappointing. The chat representatives are condescending, and you won't be connected to anyone when you attempt to speak with a manager over the phone. Promises of return calls are never fulfilled.

Regarding the product itself, their Hard Water DI Resin is a complete waste of money. Despite its claims of being suitable for hard water, it fails to deliver. I'd rather spend more on a competitor's product than waste time and money on something that doesn't work. This "solution" lasted only ten days before the TDS levels became too high for producing spotless water. Typically, with our extremely hard water, we get about 55 days of use from standard DI resin before needing a replacement.

A word to the wise: save yourself the trouble and buy from a different company.

We have worked with Future Cleaning Services on different projects and we know for a fact that are very professional in their dealings with clients and suppliers. We are always happy to recommend them to anyone who needs commercial cleaning services.
