First of all Charlie came across in a professional manner. I had a teams meeting with him and he showed true professional insights, advising me what to look for in interviews and how to react to certain questions relating to the role. I have received an offer of a job because of his advice and thank him for that.

While looking around for other options I was contacted by Charlie. He sounded very positive about a role that could suit my attributes. We discussed moving forward and he arranged an interview with the employer. He communicated really well throughout and helped me to progress to a 2nd interview.
