The Garden Room Superstore. Installed and DIY Garden Rooms. Glamping Pods. Annexe Builds. Commercial and Domestic Workshops. Modular School Builds. Built in Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). We believe that garden rooms should be well designed, affordable and accessible, so we have created a collection that offers style, durability and flexibility for use all year round. We design and manufacture a versatile range of stunning and unique insulated pods that offer a range of options and uses, from fully finished pods delivered to your site to DIY/flat-pack pod kits for construction by you or your builder. Our SIPs garden annexe kits are built using our pre-manufactured SIPs system, an innovative method of construction that delivers cost-effective, time-efficient and sustainable builds. Our workshops are unlike other workshops; these are not large sheds but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefab workshops are available as insulated and non-insulated rooms. Future Rooms manufactures modular buildings that add capacity without the drawn-out timelines of conventional construction. Our buildings are made using a pre-manufactured SIPs system, which gives you a strong structure and excellent insulation. Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are a modern and efficient method of construction, utilising off-site manufacture. They are suitable for a variety of uses, ranging from small ancillary buildings through to residential, commercial, leisure and public sector construction projects.

Completely disgusted ... tried to up price 3 months after order

Completely disgusted to receive an email expecting me to pay more. This was 3 months after placing my order and paying my deposit.
I was really looking forward to moving my upcycling business out of the dining room. But startled to receive the email saying that wood prices had gone up so they wanted me to pay more, reduce my spec or cancel.
I've run several businesses and NEVER expected people who have existing orders to pay for new overheads.
Lost trust and moved on. Just placed an order with another company for something bigger and better.. price guaranteed!
Would recommend that you dodge Future Rooms.. product looks good but sadly can't trust their word. Very shortsighted business :/
