I would not order from them again
I ordered a powerbank October 28, 2023. On the same day they claimed, that it is ready to get shipped. After that nothing happened until after I complained 2 weeks later on November 15, 2023. They claimed that they had a problem with the shipping company and will reship it.
On December 11, 2023 they claimed that the parcel was delivered and signed for. I did not get anything nor did any neighbour sign for it.
After complaining again the costumor support gave me a shipping number and told me to sort it out with my local post office. The local post office confirmed to me, that they never got a parcel with this shipping number and that they did not deliver the parcel.
After I sent prove that the product was not delivered by the local post office to the customor support they ignored any further messages and did not respond anymore. Today, 82 days after the initial order I finaly got the powerbank.
So Futurizta did only send the product after I complained, then they lied about it beeing delivered. After I proved them wrong they stopped responding. This is the worst experience I ever had with a company. Do not order from them!

1: We did not resend the product after your initial complaint. The tracking number, as shown on your parcel, was the original one from our end. You claimed that you reshiped it.
Answer: This is part of a message you sent me after the initial complaint:
"We sincerely apologize for the delay in your shipment and any confusion caused by the previous shipment information. There were unforeseen issues with the previous courier service when shipping to Switzerland. To ensure a smoother delivery experience, we have reshipped your order using a more suitable courier service."
So yes, you did claim to have reshipped it.
2. Our customer support mistakenly provided you with the international shipping number, causing confusion with the local courier's tracking system. We deeply regret any misunderstanding this may have caused.
Answer: You sent me the same shipping number as you sent me in the mail now, told me to check with my local post office and sent me the contact info of the post office. I checked with them and they told me, that they did never deliver that parcel. The shipping company that you claim now shipped it is not the one you told me first. Even if it was not sent with the post office you first claimed it was, it does not change the fact, that you claimed the parcel to be delivered and signed for when it was not and it does not change the fact that you stoped responding after I sent you proof, that it was not delivered.
3. We did actively assist you in tracing the parcel and did not ignore your messages. However, we understand that the delay and miscommunication were frustrating.
Answer: You stoped responding. This was not a delay. I wrote you on your chat and on PayPal without a response. You only wrote back now after the bad review on TrustPilot.

Futurizta is blocking rewiews on their website. This is a fact not a defamatory statement. Futurizta Employee admit this is a fact on other platforms, saying clearly that they ban reviews if you wont spens money on their website. But i dont think they realize we can buy products from other shop also, and we should be allowed to give any product review we want.

Service, delivery &aftercare = disgusting.
Only getting 1 star because the actual product is good. The customer service, delivery and aftercare is absolutely disgusting. Product arrived 7 days late despite promises it would arrive before a fixed date. The delivery company they entrusted it to (EVRI), left the parcel in a communal car park in the rain, they didnt think to deliver it to my door which was less than 10 yards away. The delivery address was my house, not a communal car park and the contents were electronics, not something that should be left our in a storm. All in all a horrible consumer experience. I would absolutely swerve this company, as good as their product is they dont care about their customers.
