Platform freezes conveniently when…

Platform freezes conveniently when there is news. You are unable to transfer funds or deposit money but in trade section as well as on MT4 and MT5 platform, symbols are moving perfectly. Very unreliable.

Scam

Please avoid them they a worst support and withdrawal 🤬🤬🤬
Try Do this you will know
Open account deposit money and you got to make very good profit in short time until then don't withdraw any money and later when an single trade you make great profit you make immediate withdrawal then you will receive an email saying you breached the contract and terms all profit will be forfeited but that's not it they will foreclose you account then

they will not even send you your margin money after deducting profit also

That's not best part even the best part is try contacting them in mail you not receive an single reply for week
Then try their chat support every single one of the agent will tell everyday " we are looking to the mail we will send reply "
But believe me you will not get your money and not an reply

Fraud and scammers

They are total fraud after few days of opening I made an very good profit but then when I apply for withdrawal they are saying you have breached the terms and conditions then they removed all profit and they also forcely took my deposit also
this company is fraud when I just ask for my deposit they closed my account

And later they say they will reply to email but for no one replied not to even 1 mail now its almost week

Your withdrawal has been approved and released from our side. When funds are returned to a bank card, the crediting time depends on the card issuer and payment system, which is outside of our control and may take many working days.

I win 28k and they removed all profit, deleted my account
I dep 5k usd then make 28k profit with 2 entries with over 100pips but they said toxic flow then canceled my profit. This account copied from icmarkets acc, and icmarkets paid for all but fxpro deleted my acc already

My experience with FxPro’s funding and withdrawal process was extremely frustrating. Depositing funds was easy enough, but when it came time to withdraw, everything became complicated. There were constant delays, and repeated verification requests that felt unnecessary and excessive.

The withdrawal methods listed on the platform did not work as smoothly as advertised. Processing times were much longer than expected, and support kept giving generic responses instead of actually resolving the issue. It felt like I was being pushed in circles instead of getting a straight answer.

What’s most disappointing is that the issue was eventually resolved, but not by the platform itself.

It took external help to step in and sort out what should have been handled directly and professionally by FxPro in the first place. It wasn't easy but at the end I managed to get my funds back and moved on.

If you're dealing with issues like this, feel free to ask, I can tell you who helped me.

A trading platform should be reliable when it comes to handling clients’ money. Unfortunately, in my case, it was not. I would advise others to be cautious when it comes to funding and withdrawals.

I have not had any serious problem…

I have not had any serious problem trading with them BUT recently their support is taking forever to respond (Live support i am talking of) and withdrawals take longer even for methods expected to be instant!

Disconnection and delays in TradingView is also a thing that should be fixed. Otherwise they are good.

As i keep trading with them i will have a more detailed review in the future, for now 3 stars are enough. I would also like to highlight the fact that i like the fact that i can open a trading account to trade in cTrader.

Serious Warning! FxPro Is Withholding Clients’ Deposits and Profits

I would like to present my issue with FxPro as follows:

On February 5, 2026, I deposited $10,000 into my MT5 account (No. 530132711) and generated a profit of $21,016 through trading.

After that, I submitted a withdrawal request for $31,000. However, FxPro locked my account and froze all of my funds, including both my initial deposit and profits. As of today (February 13, 2026), more than a week has passed and I still have not been able to withdraw my money. FxPro has not provided me with any clear explanation.

I trade with many different brokers and have always been able to withdraw funds quickly. Only FxPro is attempting to hold my money.

I would very much like to upload my trading history for everyone to verify, but I cannot find the option to upload images on Trustpilot.

I want to warn everyone that FxPro appears to be having serious issues in its treatment of clients.

I will continue to provide updates on my situation.

Latest update: FxPro has scammed me out of $21,000 in profits, and no legitimate reason has been provided. Everyone should be cautious and avoid trading with FxPro.

Frustrating !!!!!

I have provided all the required documents, including my ID and bank statements with my address. Despite this, the broker kept asking where I am currently staying on vacation and exactly when I will return. The broker is being intrusive and is abusing its rights by prying into my private matters. They are creating unnecessary problems and responding very slowly to emails. They keep calling me. I was already exhausted before the account was even activated.

I have never experienced anything like this with any broker before — making the verification process so difficult and complicated for a normal user. Then they proceed to withhold my funds, which I cannot withdraw because the withdrawal option is not active. Meanwhile, the deposit option remains active at all times, even though the account is not active.

No institution or application has ever frustrated me as much as this one.

Problems With TradingView Integration

FxPro has serious issues with TradingView.
The TradingView connection disconnects multiple times every day, forcing me to log in again and again. This problem has been reported many times, yet FxPro still hasn’t fixed it. It disrupts live trading and shows a lack of reliability and technical stability. A broker of this size should not have such basic platform issues. Very disappointing experience.

I deposited some money into a trading…

I deposited some money into a trading account. Made a little profit back but decided now was not the right time to trade for me. Tried to withdraw the money, it says it has been processed but nothing is showing in my bank account. Tried the support bot who tells me it could take up to 15 working days. Appalling service when brokers like OANDA process and payout usually within 24 hours. Out of all the brokers I have used over the last 5/6 years, this one is by FAR the worst! Furthermore, to add to my review they are FCA regulated (I don’t know how) so definitely should not be allowed to hold on to peoples money this way. It is disgraceful and dishonest. Do NOT use this broker if you are looking for a positive trading experience.

Twice now since trading there has been…

Twice now since trading there has been a gold rush down we all know it happens people recouping their trade for cash
....How come the software stops functioning when you need to see it the most, you need the darn chart to make your decisions....
On 30th jan I had a blank buffering fxpro page and was unable to do a thing about it I lost everything
..I think the market is rigged ! And someone turns off the on button !

I have a trust issue with your software when it is under pressure of high volume traffic plus tradeveiw chart had problems on the 30th and I pressure that affects you ...I will work around it by always expecting it to crash and burn ...under pressure.....Jane
