I have an account access issue and can't get a response from you people for over 30 Minutes now.

I guess I was wrong in my choice of service provider.

Terrible customer service. I was having issues initially, asked for help with online chat, takes ages to reply. Did not solve problem. I asked to cancel my subscription, which was within 7 days and asked for refund as per thei poly. No one has responded yet. They keep sending me invoice even though I asked for cancellation many times.
Avoid if possible.

I've been a customer for nearly 2 years, never had any issues with my VPS and customer service has always been lightning fast. I have referred several friends/colleagues and the affiliate process including payment was made quickly and easily too.

They won’t give me a refund despite emailing them several times and I’ve told them I don’t want to use their service anymore. I contacted them the day the direct debit happened for an annual vps and they keep saying its a technical issue. Steer away.

The whole service is good at fair price.
3 stars because they promote free VPS if you open account with some affiliate brokers but is totally fake offer.be aware.

Best priced Managed VPS, at first i thought their low priced VPS could be problematic but after using 3 months made good profit with MY EA at their VPS. FXVPS pro support team also helped me to setup and configure my VPS.

Terrible service. I was charged twice for the first month. I cancelled my subscription immediately and I requested a refund. No answer at all. I saw what's coming next so I cancelled my credit card in order not to be charged next month. Next month I received an invoice for unpaid services-apparently because they couldn't take money from the card I cancelled...:). No customer service at all.

Fxvps is a criminal gang. Don't fall for them.

This VPS does not support for the EA which has .dll files. Therefor if your EA has .dll file don't buy this VPS.
However VPS support and prices are very good.

For VPS hosting, I used different hosting service. Among all, fxvps.pro is one of the best for me. Their VPS server speed is very fast and suitable for me. They helped me to setup my EA on trading account. EA is running smoothly till now. So it is satisfactory for me.
Price is also reasonable for me. Overall, good VPS package for low budget.

The customer service is very bad as it has claimed to not being able in deleting credit card details. Additionally, it kept charging the money off or sending unauthorised invoices despite previous correspondence on cancelling the service. There has been no reply on any email or live chat on this matter. It is amongst the most frustrating and unprofessional service I have ever used. Avoid using them at any cost
