They promised to refund us for our cards but they lied
Dishonest and unreliable company!
I bought a virtual card from this company for 15$ which was supposed to end in 2025 and has no monthly fee.
They suspended all cards after less than a month of getting mine because they had to change their cards supplier and promised to provide new cards for free for card owners. Now that their service is back to work with other cards (that not only are valid for 6 months instead of 2 years and have monthly fees) they did not provide us with a refund nor another virtual card for free!

Service Stopped & No refunds
They Stopped The virtual Visa Service Without a prior notice .
Adding Insult to the injury , They Promised to refund the funds available in the suspended virtual cards, but they never did, been waiting for +2weeks , contacted the support 4days ago and kept ignoring me .

First of all the pending is too much specially when using visa card
2: fee too much when depot also when charge the card 2 fee need to be only one on charing account also need to be above 50 dollars for example 0 fee and on charging card 6% is good and the shut down of service need to be the last time or loosing customers
