SCAM!!!

Recently fyber offerwall has become nothing more than a scam. The last 4 offers I've completed for them have not paid out and customer service hasn't responded to the last 2 tickets I created. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Stick to tapjoy which always pays out and if there are any issues you can send in a screenshot as proof of completion to then receive points.

Not paying up earned tokens

I completed a 4 part deal with 2 days to spare. Three of the parts had been paid out, the final, largest one had not. Now claiming I missed the deadline. Utter rubbish. Either their system is inadequate or they are fraudulent. Wasted a lot of my time.

Reported them to the BBB and Cricket

Reported them to the BBB and Cricket, completed an offer daily gave me half the credits I was supposed to get. Then after they take your sweet time answering my email they said I took too long, but I was done days before they offer was completed. Also says I completed the offer in 1970 which there were no PCS in those days even, they obviously have problems and they actually are ripping people off, i assume purposely by the way they answer your emails very poor support. You get an email from one person another answers it doesn't even read what the first person said. BBB fine and shut this place down, complete rip off artists.

Fraudulent bait and switch company

Fraudulent bait and switch company. I finished a task in Monster Legends to earn in game rewards, documenting everything with pictures from day one and they still refuse to award me my in game currency. Nowhere in the game does it state the actual status of the task or the expiration date. They just make it all up as they see fit and keep it as vague as possible to get away with not paying players for their time, and in my case money wasted. The reason they gave me for not awarding my in game currency isn't even stated within the game itself, it's hidden outside the game within Fybers website. I wonder what the legality of that is? They bait players into taking on tasks that have absolutely zero chance of being completed. I'm currently in the process of contacting all of the companies that advertise through Fyber. I just wanted what i rightfully earned. Ticket #1250531.

Utterly pathetic company.

Utterly pathetic company.

I downloaded an app to take advantage of a progressive offer. I was rewarded for the first part but have been in a dispute for months over the other two tasks.

I reported the offer very early in proceedings, to receive their automated email. Despite weeks of chasing I got no responses.

I read out to the game owner (nordeus) to see if they can assist for me. After some promising correspondence in which they appeared to liaise with Fyber, I never got anywhere helpful.

Today I am told that they have rejected the offer reward due to Fraudulent Activity and that I have violated their terms of agreement. Not only is this false, I never received and correspondence to evidence their claim.

I am passive-aggressively asked to read the rules of the offer - like I had not done that already!!!

Cowardly company that avoid confrontation by blanking your emails. Offer rewards that cannot be claimed and then twist the knife by claiming YOU are the fraudulent one.

I have never experienced such a disgraceful company in my life and I cannot believe that more cannot be done to expose their corruption.

Would give ZERO stars if possible

Would give ZERO stars if possible. I downloaded a progressive offer. I did receive credits for the small steps along the way, however, did not receive my credits for completing the final task. I took screen shots of everything and submitted. After a few automated responses, I finalize received an email from a person. They stated that the offer had a 38 day window and there was still 17 days left in that window. They said the company had the balance of that window to validate that I had completed the offer and award credits. I waited out the time frame and still no credits. Reached out again, and now, again after a few automated responses, got a person who informe that the offer has expired and I am not eligible to receive credits. This is complete and utter garbage! I am attempting one more time to reach a person and have them take care of this. I will be more than happy to edit my review if that happens.

Awful company, nothing but lies

Awful company. Completed an offer for them, got no rewards. Emailed them all my proof and got told I would have it sorted in 36 hours.

72 hours later, I emailed them again. I got a reply saying my ticket was updated, which now included my new email asking for an update.

36 hours later I got a new email... which asked me if I had done the tasks, to send some proof, and that it would be fixed in 36 hours. It was the exact same email they sent on day 1. Attached to my reference ticket, so I have a chat log that now has 3 responses from them, all of which are the same automated response.

They do nothing but lie. If you EVER consider using Fyber as a way to give your users rewards on your mobile phone app. Don't do it. Because a lot of the annoyance will be aimed at you, purely because Fyber screw you over and do nothing, so you can only complain at the app maker at that point and mark them down accordingly.

I've been cheated (at least) twice by…

I've been cheated (at least) twice by not having my offers credited after finishing. Many offers have ambiguous instructions and the customer service just tells you that they can't do anything to help you when in many cases it is clearly the company's fault. I personally feel that the offer walls were designed as whale bait and as a quick and easy way to make a profit whilst seeing people as numbers.

Fyber is just mediocre

Fyber is just mediocre. When it comes to large rewards, they do anything they can to make it " Expired" or " Denied" by wasting your time in horrible customer service. I have sent email after email with proof, yet to get a response saying the system couldn't find "proof." Just don't waste your time people.

I had a TERRIBLE time with them

I had a TERRIBLE time with them. Their app failed to deliver a reward after I spent so much time completing the required offers. I didn't take a screenshot of these offers (since they asked for credit card info, etc.) Nowhere does it say on their app that "you better take pictures because otherwise, we will call you a liar and give you nothing!"They are placing all the burden of proof on me for their app's mistake, without telling me in advance I would need to provide it! I requested to speak to a manager, but I'm not very hopeful. I had NO idea how terrible their customer service was and now I see they have overwhelmingly negative reviews. We need to make everyone aware of this disrespectful and shady company.

Fyber - The snake oil salesmen of the millenia!

This company has a zero person to person customer service support! They absolutely WILL NOT take responsibility for any promotional misfires and after sending the same generic template canned response 5 to 6 times in a row for any single customer complaint email you are lucky to finally get an email from someone seeming to have a heartbeat only to have every point and position challenged and ruled as user error or unqualified or invalid. They go as far as to tell you to go to either of the game developers for the Originating Game that fyber runs the promotion for or the downloaded promotional bonus staked game. I have downloaded multiple games, spent hundreds of dollars reaching price levels just to have them not pay out.then they take a month of those pointless emails until the promotion is out of date and tell you that it's your fault
It's petty, it's rude, and these people should be ashamed of themselves being so dishonest and cheap. Game credits hold no fiat or physical currency value. These credits represent what they want to make but cannot use as collateral. It's not like crypto, not like stock. It's just a pipe dream that they assign a value to and we stake value to it and legitimize it by trading it for ACTUAL currency. So when they are so stubborn and cheap to deny all claims straight up, willy nilly, they take all credibility from their product, the promotions, their company, their word, and above all, their Name.... which fit most aptly because I am a personal witness... FYBER ARE LIARS! I AM DEFINITELY MOST DEFINITELY HAPPY TO PROVIDE SCREENSHOTS, EMAILS, AND ANY PROOF NEEDED TO BACK MY CLAIM. The minute they answer for any of the multitude of THEIR faults in not honoring their offers, I am more than happy to update and apologize. For now, I say this.. if your game has downloaded games for bonus currency rewards..just to download or reach levels... make sure it's not run by Fyber.. if it is... you should be the one running away! 🏃‍♂️😏 lol
Thanks

I think the fact u offer just under 30…

I think the fact u offer just under 30 real gambling sites as apps with high paying coins is very irresponsible. Some people have gambling addictions and try to better them self by admitting they have a problem so they self exclude. Yet you come on to play innocently and have just under 30 real gambling sites thrown at you. With the coin payouts high on such apps. I don't think you have thought about the customers and put them first.
