No Support for 3 Days - Unable to Get Refund or Access Service

I have been trying to contact G2G support for three days with absolutely no response. I made a payment but I cannot use the service nor receive a refund. The seller has been suspended and is also waiting for refunds from G2G - and my payment happens to be stuck there. More than 72 hours have passed without any reply from support. G2G claims to offer a reliable marketplace, but they fail to provide even basic customer support when things go wrong. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Do not recommend until they improve their support responsiveness.

As a seller on G2G

As a seller on G2G, I’m disappointed because the withdrawal payout was promised for today. I already submitted the request before 12 PM, but now they are saying I need to wait 1–7 days for processing. However, it clearly stated that if I requested before 12 PM, I would receive the payout at 6 PM.

Seller protection is terrible – buyers can abuse refunds

I sold a Valorant account on G2G and the buyer received full access successfully. The buyer changed the Riot email, changed the password, accessed the account and even used it after delivery. I provided screenshots and chat evidence proving this.

Despite this, G2G refunded the buyer and claimed I did not provide “enough proof.” I honestly do not understand what more they expected. For resold game accounts, sellers are often not the original creators, so it is impossible to provide original creation ownership documents.

The buyer’s messages were inconsistent and clearly showed he first accessed the account, then later changed his story to request a refund. G2G ignored the conversation evidence and sided with the buyer anyway.

As a seller, this experience makes me feel completely unprotected. I would never trust this platform again for selling expensive accounts.

Awful

Awful, I've place an order on the market, paid for it, waited for the seller 5 days, after 5 days the seller confirmed delivery without delivering anything. Reported the seller, waited 2 days for a response from the seller, he didn't respond, i escalated the case (you can only escalate after 2 days), no response, my money it's, 340€ that i can't use, and guess what? After the G2G will cancel my payment, the money won't come back, they can only send me back my money after 1 week.... Just don't use
