Good and very fast installation

Good quality of equipment, but there are a few problems:
-the cameras only have a 90-degree angle and does not have wide angle
-the main hub has a bright light, and at night, the light illuminates the entire room. the main hub has settings, but no permission to configure them. The same story with other sensors.
-G4s only uses 1 code word and it's impossible to tell who is actually calling from the center because there are some programs where you can set any number and make a call, which is what spammers usually do.
Good service.
Subscription a little higher then other places also has financering price which binding for 60mth

Poor app and a contract that locks your in for years

The app is not as good and the competition’s, UX for configuring the devices is quite complicated and no possibility for connecting to other connected devices or setting up routines like starting every night at midnight.

Billing is only available as quarterly, and somehow it never got registered in betalingsservice, so there was always some problem where we didn’t get the bill or got it to late. Never experienced the same problems with other companies.

After becoming tired of this we decided to change to Verisure as they offer a better app and were around 280kr cheaper per month.

Then when I cancelled my contract and wanted to send my gear back they insisted that I have to pay for it and will force me to pay the remaining 5000kr over the next few years, plus they charge 1200kr cancelation fee.

So be careful when reading their contract so you don’t get locked in for years with a sub par system.

Worst experience with service provider…

Worst experience with service provider in DK.
I would not give even one star. Not enough that seller promised something and now is telling me I misunderstood it, absolutely reduculous. For more than a month we are using night mode and realised nothing is added to night mode and when I call technician has attitude as I am stupid because we have not added anything to night mode and then to top it up, when I asked lady handling my invoice issue, to ask seller to call me, she tells rudely he will not call and we consider this case closed. Who is working in this company??? Nobody cares about customer thats for sure with this kind of attitude:( Very dissapointing.
I was happy with Verisure and was stupid enough G4S to convince me to change based on lies!

We had a great service

We had a great service. It went very quickly to get a time that worked well for us to set up the alarm in our house. We were shown how to use the system. It is easy to use and looks great!
