I love the finished cold frame and the materials are strong and stylish. However the instructions were lacking in detail and inaccurate at times. Eg we were told how to put the glass in the frame when it came already installed. The screws were not the same size as those specified.

I love using my Plant House
I have loved using my Plant House for the last 5 years, so was very disappointed when both vents and 3 blinds failed over the last year, making growing conditions in summer heat, very challenging. The team at Gabriel Ash were very helpful in listening to my concerns and offering a suitable solution; many thanks to Iain, Katie and Jamie for all their help and advice. I am so pleased to have a fully functioning Plant House again.

Wonderful structure and service
Excellent service right from the start - clear and timely instructions for foundation laying. Delivery and installation was great and Ryan and Dan were very competent and professional and did a quality job. Everything happened as we were told it would. Katy in office was coordinating everything and was very friendly and professional. Product is expensive but represents good value for money. 10 out of 10. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

To start off I think the price for the auto vent is very expensive.
When my order finally arrived after 2weeks and I got around to fitting it it was obvious to me that I only needed the bottom bracket and the piston . I could use all the old parts to complete the installation .
Maybe you could consider offering just the lower bracket and the piston to your customers in future.

Clever design, great customer service.
We bought this greenhouse at the Chelsea Flower Show and ours is the smallest in the range at 8ft x 6 ft. The design and installation process was excellent at every stage and providing the correct base for the greenhouse was a major project for us.
Be aware that the guttering is not linked around three sides of the greenhouse so you need to arrange a water butt on both sides of the roof.
We had staging and shelving on one side of the greenhouse which works well. Best features are the automatic venting roof, louvre window and side windows. Last year we had tomatoes cook in a poly tunnel so you need something to avoid extreme heat.
Photos of new greenhouses look fantastic - be aware that your cedar greenhouse will soak up some water and show some discolouration - this is natural and adds character but don't think your greenhouse will look the same as the one you saw in the brochure!
