Poor Service
I received a return label to return a gift right after Christmas; it was received by Gabriel on 1/5/2026, I still have no refund. I have emailed, chatted and attempted to call them. They kick back my emails for no apparent reason claiming it is spam blocked. They don't respond on their chat and I called their phone number multiple times, was put in a queue (supposedly) and then hung up on after being asked to complete a survey when I had not even spoken to anyone. The hold was less than 30 seconds, it just seems to be some sort of fake line.
