Shipping took forever to get here. This was for a phone that was replaced as I had cracked my screen and needed a replacement screen protector as the store doesn't carry any on hand. Maybe try offering next day or 2-3 day shipping for the same price of $9, which is high for standard 5-7 day shipping

This is my second phone I’ve trusted to…
This is my second phone I’ve trusted to Gadgetguard. The last one I went with the glass screen protector and it worked perfectly. Never once broke my phone screen and I did drop it plenty of times and broke the screen protector a few times. This time iPhone 12 Pro I went with the flex. Took me a while to figure out how to apply it. The videos weren’t perfect but it’s on. Crystal clear, very responsive. I haven’t dropped the new phone yet… hoping I never will.

Stuck in transit
Ordered two items and they were shipped separately. One arrived on time but other was stuck in transit for several days. I emailed customer service. Got an email back quickly telling me what they would do. It was a weekend and on Monday received another email from customer service telling me that the package would arrive that day and it did! Happy Customet!
