Ordered their iPhone 12 PM front shield on 24-Nov-2020. After almost 2 months, product arrived, but it was the body shield, not the front shield ordered. Sent them email and they said they were going to ship the correct item & advise the tracking number on 13-Jan-2021. After waiting for another month, the replacement product still didn't arrive. They kept giving me the runaround saying that the product has been sent, but never bothered giving me a tracking number. Filed for a refund request via PayPal, and these jokers had the cheek to ask me to send the wrong item back to them (at my cost). When they have received the returned item, then only PayPal will process a refund. What a bunch a jokers. I had to pay the extra shipping & not get the item ordered. What a waste of time & money!! Don't intend to order anything from them again. They can sod off!!

First i thought this is normal skin and gadgetshieldz selling it in more price but after purchasing, it is totally worth on it price. Awesome quality and texture are excellent . Loving it and planning to try more skin.

Excellent Skins, Good quality and perfect finishing...

Have been ordering with them for years. Faced a problem with a recent order and they were prompt enough to give me a replacement within a few hours. Exceptional customer service! Very pleased to say the least.

I've been a fan of skins for a long time and have purchased from various Indian sites over the years.
I even went so far as to import a dbrand skin once.

Even though they all deal with 3m vinyl material, the quality of the same differs to a great extent.

And the best of them all, considering the value for money, I'd confirm is Gadgetshieldz Skinnova Skins.

The texture and fit is perfect, with cut outs and glue being precisely engineered.
My favourite is the Camo skins which go well with the red logo on my OnePlus Device.

I've purchased their matte glass screen protector too and it's made the Curved Screen of my OnePlus 7 Pro, a joy to use.
No bubbles remain after a couple hours of installation and the material deflects micro scratches too.

A 100% recommendation to all who feel skins have a tendency to be applied wrongly or are too pricey.

Got the Skinnova Black Matrix Skin from Gadgetshieldz and I was apprehensive about installing it as I felt it was easy to mess up the installation. After watching the installation videos, the installation process was clear.

I lined up the top edge and just smoothly applied it and was surprised to find that bubbles under the skin went away automatically after a few soft presses.

Overall, my phone looks amazing now and the skin has given it a new look and feel. The skin also adds some grip - to some extent - which is better than having a smooth glossy glass back which can get quite slippery. Now, I have a great looking phone and I'm relieved that the glass back is protected from scratches too!

One of the sh^tiest services and customer care experience. Avoid these bunch of goons and scripted response narcissists. They will never accept their faults and blame everything on the customer. Typical lala company.
Try having a conversation with them on the phone number, oh wait there is none.
Their web chat ? They will reply to you once every 4 hours or sometimes a day, if you are lucky.
Even then the response would be vague and dump everything on customer attitude.

Update: The refund I received is for the double payment that was credited for the order. It took them 7 days to verify that they received the payment twice. Initially, they told me they only received it once and after constant battle and burnouts the payment was reversed.

Secondly, Ritesh, Dinesh or Suresh whoever started harassing me over the phone calls to take down the review. They don't have any customer support phone number but they started calling me once the review was posted on Trustpilot.

As I have said, typical LALA company bunch of goons running the show. If you don't believe me, try their customer support. See the time it takes them to solve your simple query.

Regarding Scam ? Bribing and Harassing the customer is counted as one.

The instance : i dropped an manual order via email to the team and team was so fast that they had contacted me the same day on my request, and my order was ready the next day and the i the installation of product was so up to the point. I am very happy for the kind of service the team offers. Keep up lads.

The product reached timely and the packaging was styrdy. The product was of awesome quality. The video available online helped a lot in clear installation of the product. Even I asked for customer care for some support and the customer care was very helpful and resolved my issue in clear communications. It was a Wonderful Experience.
