Excellent aervice
We recently placed a user for some focus free binoculars. Website showed out of stock which was no problem for us. We were pleasantly surprised t if at they found some stock in their Plymouth store and shipped it much quicker than expected.
The binoculars are great. We like the focus free because two of us use them. They come with a nice case and strap. They will replace a well used pair on our boat. Very happy. Seem brighter than the older binocs which is great.

Bought polypropylene cord
Bought polypropylene cord. It was much thicker than I expected as no measurement of diameter was given on the web page. However it is ok for the purpose I needed it for.
