Poor service with misleading delivery times
I ordered on 20th December and the website said the items were in stock and would come before Christmas but they didn't. No notification the parcel would be late and when I tried to call on the morning of 23rd December to find out when or where the order was, the office was shut. I would not have placed the order if I had been correctly informed. Annoying for one person on Christmas day :-(

The releasedate of the item I ordered was pushed several times, but Gaffa shop kept me updated on my order along the way and the sending was quick. Great experience :)
