Buy fireworks from them if you want but they will never stop with spam contacts
I ordered fireworks from them 3 years ago and they will not leave me alone with spam texts. I tried the opt out link, I have tried blocking the number, I have tried emailing them asking them to stop but the incessant spam will never end.
At this point I feel like I just need to report the company for a breach of GDPR.

I wasn't in to check delivery 😕, & wife wouldn't check for damage coz they were in boxes
A couple of cakes were damaged in transit, I think they'll still be ok to fire, a couple of squash tubes at top, also the lighter I purchased came smaller than the picture looked,wasn't worth that price, got a box of 6 off amazon for £10, 😆 apart from that all good,

I am slightly concerned regarding the damage you mentioned to the tubes. If a tube is squashed or dented, it can sometimes prevent the shot from firing correctly (causing it to burst in the tube). Please could you email a photo of the damage to help@galacticfireworks.co.uk immediately? We can then check them and advise if they are safe to fire or if we need to replace them for you.

Amazing company, quality products. Staff are very polite and friendly. Delivery service is 10/10. Live updates with your time and position of Delivery, time of order to date of delivery is on point your not waiting long at all couple of days at the most.

I’ve ordered fireworks from this company again for the upcoming New Year, and once again I’m seriously impressed. The delivery was fast, smooth, and right on time — everything arrived perfectly packaged, secure, and in great condition.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the order. I want to reassure you immediately that nothing is wrong—everything is completely in hand.
As mentioned at the checkout and on your confirmation email, you selected the "Sale Weekend Delivery: On or before the 24th of December" option.
Because fireworks are explosives, we cannot use standard couriers like Royal Mail or DPD to ship them. We use our own specialist ADR drivers to ensure they arrive legally and safely. Because of this, you don't get "instant" tracking like a parcel; you get a specific notification once your local route is finalised.
We have been delivering non-stop for the last two weeks, and based on your location, your order falls into the second half of our schedule. You are currently routed for delivery between the 18th and 23rd.
You haven't been forgotten—you will receive a text and email 1–2 days before the driver arrives with your exact date and a 2-hour time slot.
I hope that once the driver arrives safely with your goods within the promised window, you might reconsider the rating.
