Bought game 19 January. Didn't work. Said they would give a refund. They didn't. Had to go through bank to get a refund. Got that today finally 11 June. Cowboys.

Ordered a game, never recieved and no reply. Website is now unavailable.
Hopefully they haven't made a new site to scam more people into ordering anything

Recieved game ok at a good price, but two weeks later had fraudulent activity on my card, with this being the only site outside of Amazon and my phone provider I've used in months, and my card not lost.

I bought Star Wars fallen order in March on amazon by them however it was not needed, so I had a return request accepted by them. I returned the product in April but have not received any sort of refund by them, contacted them SEVERAL times with no response. So now I’m left without my money and my game. Hopefully I will be looking at further action to try and get my money back.

I too wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing a game from the Galactic Games website! My daughter saved up her money for a game. I ordered it and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the game was faulty and would not load up on my daughter's xbox. I contacted the company immediately and four emails later, I still haven't received a response nor a refund. On behalf of my daughter, I am expressing my disappointment at the lack of response. It's not as though I can contact the company by telephone. I fear she won't get her money back and is now out of pocket.

I ordered and I'm not sure about this company which I can't contact with them. They don't have a phone number I even tried email them didn't work. Somebody has to stop them.

I ordered Witcher 3 from them and it never worked tried to get in touch with them was impossible I purchased it on the game marketplace luckily game have finally decided to take responsibility as I purchased it through their website but if it hadn’t of been for game being decent it would never have been solved trading standards should be told about them luckily because of how they treated me galactic games have been taken off of the game marketplace so I suppose it’s a good result in that aspect.

ordered a new game from them and after contacting them as I wanted to order more games they completely ignored my email. Some days later I got a refund in my paypal. Worst communication ever. They need to learn how to interact with customers and update their website as it is very buggy and won't let you view orders or account page.

Atrocious, ordered two games which have not been delivered and it looks like my username has been blocked to access the account. I've googled the address, a bit too late, and it is a chapel but not registered as a business. Used Paypal and have started the complaint procedure already. Trading standards should be made aware of this - I have a disappointed family member now.

Don't buy from here. I ordered a game and two weeks have now passed and I am still yet to receive it despite the "first class delivery'" claim. I've emailed them multiple times but they have ignored me everytime so I am unable to even cotact them.

Seriously just pay the extra few quid for chain stores or Amazon . Apparently its first class delivery lies it came over a week after I ordered it games sold as"new" but is used and just put in generic plastic wrap.

Not worth risking it coming just pay a little more

I too ordered a game over 2 weeks ago but have not received any confirmation email or my order - only an email from Skrill saying they've taken my payment.

The only way you can contact them is via the 'contact us' form on their website, and so far they have ignored all my messages. Same via Facebook and Twitter.

I've asked for a refund and again, still no reply. Hopefully Skrill will be able to refund me and contact the company.

I wish I read these reviews before I bought from this website seeing as others are in the same boat and have received used games advertised as new. Am going to contact Game.co.uk to remove them from their approved seller list, as well as Trading Standards so it doesn't happen to more people.

I bought 2 games online and 10 days past this there is no signs of delivery and no one answer my emails as directly to "support" or through the Contacts Us on the website. There is no phone number to call and I have to cancel the payment through my bank. Ridiculous, I don't understand how this company still alive.

Purchased The Order 1886 from this website which claimed it was a new copy.

Upon arriving it wasn't in the factory wrap but a plain generic one and clearly had dirt and dust on dust on the cover, this was also on the disc when I opened it.

Emailed the company but they never responded...

Won't be using them in future, would suggest using caution if deciding to purchase with them.
