This must be the same company as Galaxy Light Projectors UK , coming to the sad conclusion thats what happened to me, sent a projector as a 21st birthday present, didnt arrive , and no reply to 4 emails. They`ve definitely taken the money from my account , of course!!. Will now see if the bank can help.

Scammed off facebook advert for a stars projector for 29.99£. Never received it, they have no website or way of contacting. Never buy off a Facebook advert. AVOID

I did not recieve my order which was £30. No way of contacting..Was present for my son with autism. Total scam

SCAM! Looks like the same company is advertising under different names with fake customers praising it. I ordered it for Christmas, never arrived had to claim the money back from my credit card company. How can we get this taken off Facebook

Never got here ordered 2 months ago I really want my money back

Scam. Daughter ordered on 6th May out of her own money. Never received anything. It's now over a month later. I have contacted my back who have issued me a full refund. I suggest anyone that has been scammed does the same. Can't believe there are companies ripping people off.

I have also been scammed. Ordered on the 2nd of April, still haven’t arrived. Looking at all the other reviews, definitely a con artist. £24 gone.

Not sure how this place has two starts when everyone has given it one. In my case, and probably yours as well, only because you have to give one. Same problem - my daughter ordered the projector and now there's no website to contact.

We ordered 1 month ago and still no response. The web has been eliminated, we were robbed, this is a totally scam. Anyone knows if we can do anything?

i really wish i knew this was a scam, i was so so excited to finally get a galaxy projector and for a cheap price i even went to emails every day to see if they have shipped and i have emailed them more then 10 times i’m very upset that i wasted my $30 i ordered it a month ago and it still hasn’t came and after reading all these reviews i realised they were scamming us, the website doesn’t even exist anymore!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews before I bought. Very upset daughter now that she's lost her money and there's no way to make contact

Afraid to say we’ve also been scammed! Ordered 2 of these on 29 Apr for teenage girls. Tried to contact them 4 times but unable to do feel robbed as well 😕

The reviews on this page are right - I ordered this product ages ago and it never arrived, I tried to contact the Instagram account but it doesn’t seem to exist anymore and there’s no reply from the seller. This was a complete scam! Really disappointed and hope others check the reviews on here before buying

A total scam! My 14 year old daughter brought one of the star projectors after seeing an add on Instagram almost two months ago, they haven't replied to a single message and blocked her on Instagram, absolutely disgusting! No item received, avoid!

everything the previous comments say are true ive ordered from them and nothing i tried contacting there instagram and i just got blocked

My daughter ordered from this company in March for my birthday (the beginning of April). She has not received the item. She emailed the company, messaged the company, and then commented on the company Instagram. The company not only did not respond, but BLOCKED her on Instagram. She wasn't trying to be a nuisance. She just wanted to know where the item was at and when she should expect it. This is unprofessional. My daughter is only a teen, and she spent her hard-earned money on this! Do the right thing, Galaxy Skies.
