Love the designs and have bought so many designs over the years. Unfortunately two of the sweaters I bought have holes in them after one wear. Customer service has not been helpful. I bought in London and can’t return to the store in person! Hope someone from PR sees this and can help 🤞

Last time almost impossible to return and even the London Branches said that they had received lots of complaints. No in store pick up even though option still offered. OK Covid. Don't deliver to my area a 20 minute WALK from Regent St. Seriously? Just don't bother Agnès b selling online if you can't fulfil order. First time I bought pre Brexit and Covid and service was as bad then as this time. I phoned Paris last time, yup a Brit who speaks French . Still awful service. Buy in store by all means post pandemic but not worth the hassle and frustration otherwise In a totally daft Orwellian way they sent an email reminding me I had something in my basket and then did not allow link!! Nuff said
