As with many government regulatory bodies, Gambling Commission and the SIA being prime examples, they are in place to govern the "non-governance" of a private/non-public owned industry which the Government have a massive vested interest in controlling.

The Gambling Commission are in place to allow the multi-multi-billion pound privately owned gaming industry to fleece as much money as is physically possible from the British/UK Public, it is also there to allow Europe's and the Worlds dirty/illegal money to be washed through the UK, generating billions and billions in taxes in to the treasury. The same as half the UK's high streets which would be boarded up if it was not for the hundreds of empty Barber Shops, Vape Shops, Phone Repair, Chick/Kebab, Coffee Bars and Basement Nightclubs with virtually no clientele despite its advertised events showing as sold out every week.

So the Gambling Commission regulate the industry for money laundering, this being the excuse that just about every online casino use to suddenly decide that they need ALL your personal and financial data as well as refuse it for the most ridiculous and irrelevant of reasons if and when you finally have a decent win which you try and withdraw. THIS ACCOUNT ALREADY SUBJECT TO THE WORLDS MOST STRICTEST OF ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING CHECKS - SO MONEY THAT IS IN THERE HAS ALREADY GONE FROM EVERY ANTI MONEY LAUDERING CHECK AND CONTROL THE UK HAS!

The online user, gamble account holder has transfer money from their bank account, every penny of which has gone through the strictest of anti money laundering checks and the UK licensed online casino has happily accepted deposit, after deposit, after deposit, for weeks, months even years, in most cases thousands and tens of thousands of pounds without any issue, and why should there be, it is from a UK bank, it has already gone through all the checks. Does Aston Martin runs checks when you pay £150,000 by bank transfer for a car or Rolex London when you buy a watch by bank transfer, NO - Do the refuse to give you a refund until you provide them with your personal data and all your financial dealings, earnings, savings, copies of bank statements etc if the Car or Watch is faulty. NO BECAUSE YOU MADE PAYMENT FROM YOUR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE REFUNDING TO YOUR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT.

There is absolutely no reason, requirement or logical reason for anti money laundering legislation to be applied or form part of a UK licenced online casino which only allows its customers to make deposits from their own UK and Gambling Commission approved banks. And if there was, which there isn't it is not for the "supposed UK regulated" online casinos to decide as and when the make these checks and decide themselves as to what information and checks they make and whatever reason they choose to reject the documentation presented.

The Gambling Commission are not there to protect and safeguard the gambler, they have deliberately included a "self regulatory" condition in to the online casino's licenses which allows the casinos to allow a customer to make as many deposits for as long as they want and for as much as they want (just send a responsible gambling questionnaire if the client has a clear addiction and problem) BUT A FREE REIGN TO BLOCK A WITHDRAWEL WHILST THE CASINO DEMANDS WHATEVER INFORMATION THEY CHOOSE AND APPLY WHATEVER CONDITIONS THEY WISH all under the Gambling Commission inclusion of "anti money laundering"

It is not the customers of the Online Casino's which the Gambling Commission should be applying strict anti money laundering controls and checks to, it is the Casino's, do they check the source of all the money going in to the casino's account which is used to declare its annual profit each year for which it pays corporation tax to the treasury on? They know the UK customers money is legit, it come from personal UK bank accounts, but what about the rest, how much cash is pad in, how much is transferred from offshore and overseas accounts?

I was scammed through my account with four massive Dogecoin bets, totaling billions in value — over £100 million. One bet was a win but recorded as a loss, proving BC.Game’s games are not provably fair. Only my Dogecoin transactions were deleted. When I questioned this, my account was blocked, leaving me with over £10,000 in crypto and $6,000 in BCD lost. All of this is documented with screenshots, transcripts, and emails.

I emailed every publicly listed contact at LCFC — no reply. This is standard. Consumers are ignored while scammers profit, yet the club still promotes them.

Trustpilot also failed me: inflated 5-star ratings at the time and automated, generic responses gave scammers credibility and helped them appear legitimate.

UKGC itself is a disgrace:
• Only 1-star on Trustpilot, with reviews describing ignored complaints, backhanders, corruption, and systemic incompetence.
• Regulators fail to monitor live games where magnet roulette balls and dealer manipulations defy physics. Either:
1️⃣ Regulators accept backhanders to allow cheating,
2️⃣ No one monitors the games at all,
3️⃣ Or corruption is systemic. Pick one.
• Consumers lose millions every year with no accountability, dead-end “contact us” emails, and excuses about overseas operators.

This isn’t an isolated incident — it’s systemic failure. Regulators, clubs, and review platforms are responsible for enabling scammers, not protecting players.

Until public transparency, lawful oversight, and real accountability are enforced, ordinary people will continue to be scammed while the system protects fraudsters.

These people are useless dont waste your time emailing them takes weeks for a reply and then they want you to get proof and send it to them that your being scammed rather then them doing there job and checking these casinos themselves there as bad as the casinos!!

This organisation puts out misleading information about blocking gambling adverts on You Tube. They say you can permanently stop You Tube showing you gambling adverts. This is NOT true. You Tube will block them for around 3 months and then they’ll start allowing them again. They’re just devious….and despicable.

The gambling and the operator around uk are even more rich as we see in the news and the regulator dont even speack about the scam and the regulation of the casinons online is not application of fines because fines its just for make us blindless if i play in other contrys this dont happen because they lose the license here everything is permit .
Last year i have a experince diferent from last six months or after august last here beting 2 pounds in every game the operator dont pay absoluting nothing comparing with other years is ridiculous how the bet is hight and dont pay is corruption is a way to still money from my pocket and give to owner of the casinos without any regulation or return for the costumers i think is more easy dont call casinos online but charity online for the pocket of many people

The UK Gambling Commission was brought into existence to make it look as if the government were regulating the criminal fraudsters that own these online casinos.

So called live online casino games are technically rigged. They use a superimpose display streaming specifc results to each player.

I've proved this fact dozens of times by having friends and family members participating in the same roulette games and we receive different results yet we are all playing the same game.

The UK Gambling Commission should be carrying out such tests themselves but they don't and ignore members of the public who present such proof to them.

In time this will be exposed and will be the biggest establishment cover up of all time.

Had an account due to the bookie claiming 'safer gambling' concerns. This was just an excuse to close a winning account as my bets weren't excessive at all. My only fault was winning so the bookie lied and used the safer gambling line as an excuse . They shouldn't be allowed to do this

Of course this lot didn't want to know. They don't get involved they told me after making me wait a month for a reply. But these are the ones who force their safer gambling obsession onto bookies and when bookies abuse it to close succesful accounts they don't want to know.

Unable to contact Betfair about safe gambling limits. Their complaints process redirect to broken links. Gambling Comission are not interested. What are you there for?
