GAME in hires GameIN cowboys to sell their goods
This bunch of GameIN cowboys is one of GAMEs multi sellers.
They are allowed to sell under GAME.
When my delivery of PS4 slim and star wars battle front didn't appear I used GAMEs email seller screen to contact Game IN. Nothing back for a few days. I contacted GAME to find out that they couldn't help and to send another message and wait 72 hours for a reply before calling again.
As an extra to email Game IN.co.UK. they have no phone contact.
Nothing came back. Another phone call to game and they said they would email (using the same game screen and waiting 72 hours - I asked and this is what I was told).
After several talks with GAME an email came back from someone in Game IN saying that they had no stock of what I ordered and offering me other rubbish. I e-mailed back and said I wanted a refund.
Even more calls and emails and chats to GAME and then finally GAME escalate to the customer service management. Finally something done.
Eventually GAME have refunded my MasterCard and now waiting for another three hundred pounds on my gift card!!!!!
