Lack of communication... shut down games without notice...cut access from players accounts free or pay to play doesn't matter. Lack of updates ...lack of content...broken aspects of game meaning you can't progress... accidentally gave access of my friends account to another random player ....wouldn't go near another GL game again

This company is a kind of bullies…

This company is a kind of bullies online, I think. You invest real money buying products from their store and I am referring to Asphalt Legends and they take power, performance off your cars making you to loose scores on every multiplayer races; they also mislead the classification on purpose, ex: you are 2nd and race finished they place you in 7th (happen to me 5 days in a row); if you address the issue they not bothered to correct or compensate you of anything. Very poor customer services, very poor responses avoiding taking the blame, they always try to get away with it. They should be investigated.

No Customer Care

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I spent about $100 on their Disney Speedstorm game, and was having fun with it, until I randomly received a message that "My account was detected doing suspicious behaviour" at which point I was locked out of playing the multiplayer part of the game I had spent money on. I tried to contact Customer Care as directed but they have failed to respond to me at all. I will not be spending more money on any Gameloft product, and will be advising my friends to do the same.

They flagged me in multiplayer for just visiting myself. I opened the portal and 30 seconds later I was flagged. Didn’t do anything wrong and I submitted a ticket. They didn’t even read my message and the reply broke my heart. I used so much money and time in this game that I was to afraid to use multiplayer. I missed it and would just see it was ok and use it if you don’t do anything wrong as they promise. It was not! I got flagged for no reason and the answer I got back shows me they didn’t even read my message before replying. I’m broken, my favorite game is taken from me and I didn’t break any rules.

Worst Gaming company EVER?

I truly wish I'd never heard of this company before. Imagine some of the most carny ripoff Gotcha games you've ever played, combined with a driving game. That's BOTH Asphalt Legends Unite and Disney Speedstorm. The later which is starter gambling for children. Buggy, intentionally misleading, stingy, and more. I truly believe the devs and/or ops put punishment on people who complain, possibly through AI. But the more you punish, the more I report the truth. Seriously, play ANY OTHER racing game. This is again just more carny ripoff paywall gotcha garbage. I've been playing computer games for almost 50 years, straight up. (HP 9845C was my first time playing games on a computer) These games are a betrayal of most every gaming value I have picked up over the years. They're rapey. You'll take what they give you, and like it. Have complaints? They'll give you more. Stay away. You've been warned.

I bought dreamlight i bought the dlcs i habe contacted them about the game ...I now have 2 quests ones part of a story line that I can't do ....Gaston is stuck in the foollow me to higher grounds which is also part of the mysterious mocked quest ...useless ....now the heart of the lioness i got 2.of the weird fish ot wants i need 2 been trying everyday for more then a week and nothing ...whats the point of the game if you can't do the quests

Terrible customer service and bugs

I’m m having several issues in the game. I contacted support via email three days ago and you didn’t respond.

Firstly during the mission THE DEFINITION OF A HERO I grafted Blue and silver ballon arch, got the notification after I crafted that new item has been unlocked and then mission would not progress as it’s not showing in my inventory. So I thought I made a mistake so I made another arch just the happened the same thing again. No items yet materials had been taken :( twice

The second issue I have is that I’m trying to craft the Comedic meet and greet decor but I don’t have the receipt and it doesn’t show up in the list of furniture recipes.

The third today is that despite hanging out with a friend I did t not get extra items while collecting. And I was collecting pumpkins ok. Pumpkins! You cost me a lot of coins.

It would be nice for you to actually care about your customers. Reddit has hundreds of comments how you are failing your customers by not replying.
Such a shame.

So is there any chance you could fix the bugs as I can’t progress the my missions and I am loosing resources.

Woke and Misleading. Awful company!

I'm a hugeeeeeeee fan of Disney Dreamlight Valley so I watch the showcases that Dreamloft do in regards to new DDV content however for absolutely zero good reason the developers seem to think everybody interested in the content want to know what pronouns each person in the video is! Literally what have pronouns/gender got to do with GAME CONTENT! It's got absolutely zero to do with upcoming dlcs, premium shop items, bug fixes.. Honestly, it's an absolute joke! The worst part is KIDS play the game too NOT just adults so it's literally normalizing all this nonsense for kids! In other words they're trying to brainwash boys and girls to go along with all this pronoun/gender nonsense! Absolutely disgraceful!! Aside from being woke, some items are misrepresented in the Scrooge Store and premium shop for example, the cauldron that can sometimes be purchased at Scrooge is advertised in it's picture as having a green glow inside. When purchased that is absolutely not the case! In October a wonderful Chernabog Changing Castle was to be released in the Premium Store and the original promo picture and the promo pics in the store were completely different to the item once purchased. They were highly detailed, much more fancy looking, walls on the hill bit just stunning! When a lot of us players complained to gameloft they gaslit us, refused to refund our wasted moonstones and changed the promo pics to look like the naff version we all got. According to what I read in DDV Facebook groups a lot of other players were fuming and a lot said this has happened a lot with other advertised in game\premium store items. So to sum everything up, they're woke (obviously NOT a good thing especially for a supposedly family friendly company!) AND they're extremely misleading! They couldn't care less about their players unless the player is a member of the wokearatti. They even decided to leave out their goth community players this year when they decided for the first time since the game launched they'd skip adding a spooky Halloween starpath! That's discrimination tbh! There are many goth community members who love the game and have to wait until October to actually be cared about and this year they decided, nope! Halloween is a lifestyle for a lot of people all over the world and to have that taken away this year was not fair! My final complaint is that the items in premium store are too expensive as are the actual moonstones. There needs to be more ingame ways to earn moonstones like converting our in game currency into moonstones. If you're going to charge us a fortune every week in the premium store we need more ways to earn moonstones that don't involve needing to sell our real life houses! In conclusion I absolutely love, love the game. I'd easily give a 9/10 for the game (lost a point becsuse of the moonstones and misleading promos) but a 0 for gameloft and the current Disney team for having zero empathy, being woke especially when it's supposed to be a family friendly game AND excluding their gothic players this year like they mean nothing!

Dear Gameloft,

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service and support I have received while playing Disney Dreamlight Valley (DDLV). My experience has been exceptionally negative, and I believe it is crucial to address the following issues:

Customer Service: My interactions with your customer service have been deeply disappointing. There is a consistent pattern of non-responsiveness to reported issues. When responses are eventually provided, the blame is often shifted to the user's side, despite clear evidence from other players indicating that the problems are systemic. This practice undermines the credibility of your support team.

Feedback Handling: After providing feedback as requested, I was met with an unprofessional response. It was surprising that while my positive feedback was ignored, my critical comments were met with defensiveness and haste. This suggests a lack of genuine interest in constructive criticism or user satisfaction.
Item Management and Loss: I reported a missing storage chest four months ago, which contained items essential for a secret quest. It was only after repeated follow-ups that I received the items, highlighting a significant delay in resolution time.

Premium Purchases: I have encountered issues with premium purchases where items disappeared. Despite reaching out for support, the response was dismissive, advising patience even after already enduring a four-month wait for another issue. This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with paid content.

Overall, the game suffers from frequent glitches, lag, and bugs, which severely impact gameplay. Daily rewards like moonstone chests are often unavailable, further frustrating players. The refusal to address the loss of premium items, despite multiple requests for assistance, is particularly egregious. I have not received any response to my latest complaints regarding these premium items, which have now gone unanswered for over a month.

I used to be an avid player of DDLV, engaging with the game for extensive periods. However, due to these ongoing issues and the lack of effective support, my enthusiasm has waned significantly.

Recommendation:
Players should be advised to screenshot their in-game assets for proof, as it appears there is a risk of item loss without proper documentation.
I strongly suggest that Gameloft reevaluates its customer service protocols to ensure timely and effective resolution of player issues.

While I would rate your service with zero stars if possible, the platform's limitations force me to give one star. In my opinion, your customer service merits a negative rating.

I urge you to take these concerns seriously to prevent further erosion of player trust and engagement. I await your response on how you plan to address these issues.

Disney Dreamlight Valley. Game keeps on freezing which leads to the program not responding and crashing every time I open the application. Review:

I've been a long-time player of Gameloft games, but recent experiences have been disappointing. The frequent in-game crashes, glitches and lags are intrusive, and customer support is slow. Updates often introduce more bugs than they fix. I hope Gameloft can address these issues to improve the player experience.

Really deserves a zero star rating. Bought DLC on December 5, 2023. As of this week it no longer shows up. Wants me to rebuy. Worked with XBOX support. Did everything they suggested. Still doesn’t work. Reached out to them and submitted all the info on buying, my username and then they ghosted me.
