Horrible customer service
I walked in 5 minutes early, the big customer service lady working there rudely told me the store was gonna be opening at 12. Maybe 2 minutes after I walked out of the store, she decided to come lock the door. Mind you this is 3 minutes before opening. At 12 I tried entering again, which is when I noticed the door was locked. I waited another 2 minutes and door was still locked so I left.

No words to describe. Probbably no use to write a review anymore since company just announced the bankruptcy but still.
Pre-ordered a game on August 18 and today is early access to the game and I paid 100€ to get this early access version. This early access version was totally sold out in this shop and shop announced bankruptcy 2 or 3 days ago.
No announcement to the email or something like: SORRY WE WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR GAME or something.
In that case I would have ordered from other shop to get it today. But noooo
Gamemania phone isn't working also no answers to emails.
The pain is that I can't play it today, I lost 100€ and now I need to spend another 100€ to order elsewhere if I can find same version, because it's sold out everywhere.

I am always impressed by Gamemania's service - they have great knowledge and it is clear that their work is also their passion. They are always there to help and advise. During my last visit, I also received advice and my ordering error was corrected, for which I am grateful. The location is also great.The only downside is the room - it's a pity it's so small, I would like to spend more time in this store and see more accessories, mugs, maybe even comics 😊
