There ok.

Well I ordered something on April 23rd and It started shipping April 26th. It took the full 7 days shipping to get here. Good considering I ordered 3-7 days. I'm not sure what most people are talking about but these people really got there act together. I had ordered 3 board games that all came in one box and perfect condition.

Do they exist?

No reply from emails and on a Friday morning, an answering machine???
I ordered on April 3 or 4. It's April 30 and I have no product despite that the tracking says that it was shipped on April 5th (any math says that more than 7 days have passed even if you don't include weekends, holidays and all Fridays. Oh yes, and even if you include Tax Day as a day off too! Good thing that I used AMEX since they will give me a credit and pursue it...I think that this is one for the Attorney General! I shouldn't have to give 1 star - it should be "0" Stars!!!

Very displeased!!!

This company is the worst company I've every delt with... I made an order on the 15th of Feb. and perchased a 3-7day shipping... I did not receive an email like they said quote "We will contact you promptly if there are any issues with your order." They finally sent me an email on the 12th of march saying it was sent.... I still haven't received my product.

Good luck

It has been five months since my order, and after lots of emails: no word if I will ever get what my order.
I honestly do not know how they stay in business if you never get what you order with no response to any emails, no matter how many you send.
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

They shipped wrong order....

Ordered 4 games on Dec 14th with 6 days shipping. I requested a refund becuase they never sent items as of Dec31st. No response. I had to create a paypal claim to try and get my money back. GAMEOUTFITTER=Ripoff

Partial refund for unfilled order

I game GameOutfitter.com ample opportunity to provide a full refund for an unfilled order. Only a partial refund was provided. I had to have my CC company intervene.

I ordered a game expansion of quality cardboard tiles, pictured on their site. They did not have them in stock, and instead printed freely available PDFs on cardstock, and mailed them as a substitute item without consulting me. When I explained this was unacceptable and requested a full refund, the response was "Refund for item per return policy; it is not necessary for you to return this item and I have waived the restocking fee.". However, the refund was not complete. After multiple attempts to contact the company directly and via Paypal, there was no response.

Very poor customer service and mediocre delivery time

Before my last 2 - 3 purchases I have been happy with gameoutfitter.com, but the lack communication from the store and them failing not to return my emails has led me to be unlikely to shop from there again, despite of the low prices.

Horrible Horrible Customer service.

I recently tried to buy from them one of their bundled products. I selected a more expensive shipping option because I wanted to take the products on my vacation. I allowed 2 days for processing and selected a 2 day shipping option. Well, after two days, I have not been able to 1) track my order or 2) get any meaningful contact. I have -never- encountered such horrible service or slow speed. I have bought from small venues (empireboardgames) and large venues (amazon) and have ALWAYS received better feedback and service. I have NEVER had as much of a problem getting in contact with customer service. They do not list a phone number on the website, they do not list in the local yellow pages and I have not yet found one anywhere in my searching. I will never buy from them.

Horrible Customer Service

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a game from them on December 14th, and received an email acknolwedgment right away. The acknowledgement said that I would receive another notice when the item was shipped. After 3 days and no shipping notice, I sent an email to inquire (there is no phone number listed on the website). I did not receive a response. Finally, on 12/19, I received an email saying that the item was out of stock and would not be shipping until after Christmas. Since I wanted the item as a gift, I had to cancel my order and buy it at the store. I sent an email telling them to cancel on the 19th, and another on the 22nd, and have STILL heard nothing back from these people. This is about the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their low prices are *not* worth it.

NO response 7 days after ordering..

I receiving a canned email notifying me that they had received my order, I would be getting a tracking number soon, and it would take 5-7 days to arrive. Five days later, we contacted them by email (they do not have a phone #) and we got a canned response saying we should hear back in no later than 48 hours. It has now been seven days since ordering the games, and we have yet to be able to talk to anyone at the company, or find the status of our order. It looks like others have had the same problems lately as well. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this hassle to anyone.
