Good – but no cigar!
Gamers Outlet provided me with a good working key for Microsoft Office – so all good on that level. I had no problem downloading my software – so another star for that. The installation was no problem at all and went smoothly – so yes, another star – that's three. However, getting the software activated was a nightmare. The activation dialog-box did not appear on my first opening of Word as it should have. This led me on a wild goose chase across the Internet trying to find a way to activate Office. I tried every method both the company and numerous websites suggested with no luck. Eventually, I was able to contact someone at Microsoft [no easy task] who using Remote Desktop, activated Office for me. So, there you have it. The company itself seems on the ball. The software is excellent and the installation process straightforward. My only gripe was activation – thus three stars.

Selling outdated codes to programmes no longer supported by Microsoft. You can download the .exe file but do nothing with it. It won't run, won't open and can't be used, then it's impossible to get a refund. I sent in all the info they requested and heard nothing more. Just a scam.

In an ill-fated moment, I decided to delete my previous version of Microsoft Office 2016, which was working perfectly, and trust that Games-Outlet.net -CD keys would support me in case of need during the installation of the 2024 version I bought from them online. A supposedly simple task, like installing Microsoft Office on a computer, became an ordeal—a titanic task impossible to achieve for an ordinary person who is not a computer technician. I asked the company representative for his WhatsApp and he refused to give it to me, I asked for his phone number and he again refused to provide it. Instead, he sent me an endless and complex list of instructions, with almost no photo support, impossible to follow for someone who is not a computer technician. I have sent 15 emails imploring for help, and nothing. Just an illegible list of commands that a person without technical training in the area will find impossible to execute. Now I will have to spend at least $100 to fix something that was working fine. USERS MUST KNOW THAT IN CASE OF EXTREME NEED, THEY WILL BE ORPHANED OF ALL SUPPORT. This company HAS NO INTEREST IN PROVIDING A SERVICE. Shame on the company and shame on the staff who work there."
