Excellent Customer Support and Fast Resolution
I've purchased several software licenses from Gamers Outlet over the years, and this was the first time I experienced an activation issue. My Microsoft Office 2024 key initially activated successfully, but later became deactivated because Microsoft blocked the original product key.
I contacted their support team, provided the requested screenshots and Microsoft activation error details, and they responded promptly. After reviewing the issue, they issued a replacement product key, which activated successfully without any problems.
I appreciate that they stood behind their product and resolved the issue quickly. Office is now fully activated and working perfectly. Based on my experience, I would purchase from them again and recommend their customer service.

Likely it was my error!
I know I likely messed up on the install process for Office 2024 and while everything worked I never completed the authorization process and thus after 90 days I was in trouble. Your excellent support staff stayed with me the entire time until I got everything fully resolved!

To be fair for customers and the company, the key did not work right off the bat, but I emailed support and no lying here 10-15min later they asked for more info, gave that info, no other questions got a new working key. I would recommend, just expect the first key to not work but don’t worry, you just need to email support and they got your back, and quick.
