I've made several purchases with GamersGate and never had any problems. Recently, I made the wrong purchase of a game and revealed the product key, but they understood and refunded me, even though it was my mistake. I highly recommend buying from GG, the way they treat their customers is incredible.

Had no problems at all. Bought Drug Dealer Sim, paid and got the key instantly. (it worked)

So, I understood from the reviews that it is a bit of a gamble to go with them. But a 74% discount was worth the roll of the dice for me.

Payment was simple, it did then take about 15 min for them to give me the game code.

Nervy 15 min, but delivered and worked and I have access to the game.

Little weird to have to wait after payment, but the product was delivered, they sent me an email after the purchase with login details in case I needed them, that they had generated. This seems to deal with some of the other feedback I read about account lock out.

So, all good, nothing to complain about really.

Gamersgate allowed me to make a purchase without creating an account, then refused to send me a password (or let me reset my password) to create an account with that email... which they then required for me to access my purchase. Effectively they took my money then refused to give me my product. Steer clear - no "sale" is worth it if you don't get what you paid for.

Manual review might take up to a 24 hours (generally happens quicker).

Blocked for manual review, after money was taken and verified by the bank. Noted to take up to 24 hours. I will never use this website again to purchase a digital game because of this outdated, and ineffective practice, and will actively encourage others to go elsewhere.

Attempted to contact support, which also quotes an up to 24-hour waiting time.

purchase game in gamergate for a first time order pending for hour and get rejected ,Second try the payment was successful but got manual review, have to wait for up to 24hours,So i have lost money and gamergate refuse to give me a key, Avoid this site at all cost if you dont want to wast a time.

I've seen a good deal, got the key after a few minutes.

Bought a £12 title. Purchase got flagged for "Manual Review" - waited 4 hours, heard nothing. Cancelled the purchase via paypal and received a refund. It's a digital product, purchased via PayPal. There is no need to manually review, especially after the website had taken the money straight away. Avoid this website.

The money is paid for immediately but the product I purchased still hasn't been given to me. 8hrs have passed.

Would not of bought this game on GamersGate had I known I wouldn't be given it pretty much immediately such as Steam, or GoG does.

The "up to" 24hr period wait is garbage. Steam, nor GoG does this.
It's a game key, not a physical copy bought from a store being delivered to me through mail.

Purchase and key access was instant. Used it for the first time

Lowest price, normal transaction.

I was alerted to a low price by IsThereAnyDeal, so I purchased 2 DLC for a niche simulator. I paid with PayPal and the keys and order confirmation emails were received in seconds.

for my point of view , the deal with them was good ! I bought Cossacks 3 , at reduced price and everything is ok now ! the game is ok on steam ! so...thnx !

Terrible customer support you pay and you might not get your key for hours or days very unprofessional

There is no excuse in 2019 for the purchase of a digital game not to be instant. Do not trust this store, they took my money (on a $50 order), then notified me I was under "manual review" before I could receive my game codes. This is not acceptable. Do not buy from them.
