Orderd pokemon celebrations like a few others and don't get me wrong they did send some of my order what they had but now not had communication for months now asked about the rest of my order asked about communication but nothing in the past these guys have always been spot on with me and I'd use them for alot of purchases really hope they check these messages and can give the customers some answers and piece of mind about the orders or refunds. Used laybuy for this purchase might have to try go through them for a refund if these guys don't answer very sad about this outcome

Sadly have to give a negative review. I've bought from them before and they were sometimes a bit slow, but overall ok.
Sadly that has changed now, I pre-ordered items last year. Due to delays I didn't chase up the order till Christmas. After a few unanswered emails I finally got a response after asking for a refund.
Luckily I was told they would give me a refund and of they had this would have been a different review.
But as you can guess this still hasn't happened 2 months later. I had left it longer as I assumed they'd be busy over Christmas.
I have sent more emails to chase this up in the hope it's a mistake, but all have ignored.
It wasn't until I came on here and other sites that I found that this has happened to many people.
I have had to start the process of finding other means to get a my money back.
I went with them to avoid the bigger companies and support the smaller ones, but this has left me with a bad taste.

I ordered some cards on 7th September. I never received these and it is now late February. They replied once in December via email to tell me they have stock issues and then ignored me ever since. I am now disputing this refund via my credit card company. Do not buy anything from here

Pre ordered two different orders for Pokemon Celebrations in July’21 but never received them (we are in Feb’22 now). Very limited assistance and updates provided and tend to not reply to emails and messages on Facebook. Have requested refund but have not received any updates or any reassurance that I’ll be getting the money back.

I've placed an order Dec 23rd. This was delayed on account of the holidays which I understand. However, I found an alternative local place to buy the same product. On the 1st of Jan I've requested the cancellation via email as requested on the website which states:
"If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched then please email as soon as possible, this is the quickest way to get your request noticed."
The shop had a total 3 working days to see the email before shipping on the third day. This was ignored completely. Every single time I tried to initiate a conversation via email (total of 3 different conversations) these were completely ignored.
It was only by reaching out via phone that I was able to get a return label for the now delivered product. Which meant I had to find time to post it back to the seller, despite requesting cancellation before this was shipped.
After confirming I've sent the product back (and seeing it was delivered to the seller), I've twice requested confirmation that the refund has begun processing. I have not heard anything from the seller since the last time I emailed on January 21st.
The fact that I had to hound and chase so much for a simple return/refund is extremely frustrating. Can't really understand why something as simple as an email is not being dealt with. I understand that this is a small shop and the 'Christmas madness' took over, but it is now almost February and I haven't received any answer from the company and I have my money stuck since Dec 23 without knowing even if the refund has started processing.
Completely disappointed. In-person shopping experience might be different. But would not recommend ordering online or trying to contact the company via email.
Terrible Company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
On the 02/07/21 I placed a pre-order for a pokemon item that was due for release on 08/10/21. The release date was delayed in the UK by a week and was actually released on 14/10/21. Two months after this date the seller had still not dispatched my order or issued a refund.
I started reaching out to the seller on 14/10/21 (note the seller never contacted me to let me know there was an issue with stock) asking for a dispatch update. I ended up reaching out to the seller 9 times in total enquiring about dispatch of my order, to which the seller only replied three times. Each time the seller replied they gave an updated dispatch window, however each window was missed. When they missed a window – they didn’t contact me to let me know. This went on for months.
The communication was terrible – on no occasion did the seller contacted me about my order being delayed – I have had to contact them in every instance to get an update.
I have now purchased this item elsewhere as it has been available from other online sellers and in supermarkets over the last two months.
It is clear this reseller took too many pre-orders BEFORE knowing their allocation from their distributors, and therefore could not fulfil them. The fact they had the nerve to not contact their customers after they didn’t receive stock – and just sit with our money is disgusting.
I’ve seen them trying to defend themselves in some cases about being 'short staffed', however a) this doesn’t excuse taking more pre-orders than they can fulfil b) being short staffed IS a reason to leave a low star review as customers are not getting a good service. The lack of communication is worst part which is inexcusable.
I ended up requesting a refund through PayPal which took 30 days to come through – but I finally got my money back. Avoid these jokers at all costs.

Asked for a refund but it wasn’t actioned. Had to retrieve my money via my credit card company. Avoid.
Fusion strike Etb pre order
I placed a pre-order for some Pokemon cards back in September. The product was released at the beginning of November. Fast forward 2 months and I am still waiting for a product that has freely available to buy online in the UK. I have emailed about 15 times of which I have received 2 replies. The first was in mid November to say it should arrive with the second delivery in ‘a week or so’. 6 weeks later and still waiting. I appreciate its a difficult time but this could easily have been communicated. The second email was to say they process a refund. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Terrible terrible customer service and will not be using again.

I have not had a good experience with this company at all.
I ordered some Pokemon Cards and the order was put into 'Processing' Status. Given the state of affairs at the moment I assumed there would be som delays, fair enough.
A month later, I went to check the order (given that the item I had ordered was released in stores and on other websites for sale) and it was still 'Processing'. I had recieved no updates from the company, so I decided to reach out. It was only then that I was told that the orders had been split into two, so half the orders were sent and the other half haven't been yet.
It would have been nice to be told this information without having to reach out, but it was what it was. Cut to two months later and the order is still in the processing phase and I have yet to receive any kind of updates or apologies for delays for a product I have already payed for!
If you can find what you're looking for elsewhere then go elsewhere!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Pre-ordered some Pokemon cards and never received them. Asked for a refund for the goods as they were never even dispatched - was ignored for weeks. Opened a PayPal dispute to receive my refund but that’s been accepted and then cancelled. Have messaged seller and PayPal again and have been ignored once again by the seller.

store claimed it would be sent on the monday due to 3 days before shipping yet wasn't sent until wednesday
I needed these cards by the wednesday for a tournament but had to give it a miss
I think they should inform buyers more clearly that buying the 24hr or any option means an extra 3-5 days on top of the delivery times
