A absolute joke gameseek is I'm so annoyed that my son has no birthday present I preorderd a game on the 28th of April for delivery on the 4 of May which has not arrived but they was very quick to take my money!!!

This fraudulent company has taken my money, and i've received no goods

I’ve ordered 5 times from this useless company, twice without realising through amazon and 2 of my orders were right. The other 4 were wrong products. The customer service is... well, what customer service? If you get a reply you’ve done well. I’ve also had reviews removed because they highlight their incompetence. I can’t advise that you avoid this company/scam/joke enough.

I pre-ordered God of War Collectors Edition since it was out of stock at other online retailers. My order was done on the 14th of April 2018 paid through PayPal, it still hasn't been dispatched. I've contacted them through email since live chat doesn't work or their phone line. Which both emails have been ignored, since their very own automatic email says they would contact with 24 hours... Which hasn't been the case.

They claim to be the "webs favourite game site " which is hilarious if you read the negative reviews on here. The positive ones seem really fake, because it seems like such a shady site. Why even list the game was in stock in the first place if can't fulfill the order, I'm thinking they never were getting God of War Collectors Edition it was just a way to get traffic to their site. My order number is G42f9dc1523718558 if Gameseek try to claim my review is fraudulent like their own company. This review is staying up to get awareness of this dodgy company, I will get my money back since these scammers won't honour my order anyway and sent me my God of War Collectors Edition.

Gameseek is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a game in their clearance sale that had 30+ copies in stock, but to allow 1-2 extra days due to stock in another warehouse. 3 days later the game goes out of stock but the following day, stock reappears...but at a higher price. 14 days later & my game hadn't been sent despite being in stock all the time. The online chat never worked & five times I emailed them asking where my game was. The good old excuse of 'we're still waiting for the game to arrive from our other warehouse' was given to me on every occasion. Where is this warehouse? On the moon? Is that why there's such a delay? In the end I gave up & asked for a refund which funnily enough was processed within 40 minutes. I have the feeling that Gameseek didn't want to sell me the game at the original price so therefore stalled me until I gave in & asked for a refund. A very bad experience indeed. A shame I can't give 0 stars out of 5.

I ordered an item listed in stock but may take 1/2 days extra to process. Got to checkout. Delivery options were second class free (usually takes 5 working days) first class £1.99 (fastest method) so given the 1/2 days extra I opted to pay for the faster delivery.
Got an order confirmation immediately....and nothing since. No dispatch, no product, no excuse but they have taken my money.
I’ve emailed for an update and their excuse is the product is in another of their warehouses and they are waiting for it to be delivered to them before they can deliver it to me. 8 working days after I placed my order? You really pay for storage of products where it will cost the company to get the product to them, before it can be sent to a paying customer? I’ve asked why it can’t be sent directly from that warehouse. I’ve also asked why they couldn’t have updated me. I’ve also asked why they aren’t honest with their delivery estimates. I wish I’d seen these other reviews before placing an order as it’s clear all is not well with gameseek. UPDATE I’ve now downgraded to 1 star as I still have no product and no responses to my chase ups. I paid by PayPal fortunately and will raise this with them. I will never use gameseek or recommend anyone else does. FURTHER UPDATE 1 day after raising my dispute with PayPal, they dispatch my product. £1.99 for fast delivery on a product listed in stock that took them over a month to deliver and loads of headaches trying to contact them. Jokers.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. Take your money and then send nothing. You cannot contact them by phone, online chat does not work and because they did not send me an order number cannot send their generic email as it requires one - obviously done on purpose. My bank has now taken over the matter, but I have one sad little boy without a controller.

Made an order on 24/03 of 3 items that are in stock, and so far got nothing... Not even got dispatched.

The costumer support doesn't work. Every time i try to contact them by email, they just stall saying it will be send shortly or no reply. Every time i try to use the online chat it always says it couldn't connect to a member of staff. And i have tried different days, different hours (once a full afternoon) and nothing.

Bad experience, no items so far, but they have my money already.

bough playmobil toy for grandson's Easter present. He loves it, and spends many hours playing pirate role play.

Gameseek have terrible customer service, I never received the parcel they sent, apparently it was sent by royal mail which I now am waiting for them to investigate, really it should be the seller doing that not me as the customer so will definitely never use this company again.

The game was delivered quickly and in mint condition, no problems, all good, trustworthy and reliable videogame store

Took 15 days for my delivery to arrive..and all i ordered was a.....Micro sd card! Wouldn't use again.

Order placed with a sipping fee so I could have it delivered quickly and traceable. When the order didn't arrive i asked for a tracking number and it turned out it was sent by the wrong service so I could not track it, I was told I would get a refund for postage but still have not got the refund and its been almost 2 weeks. I have still not got the game and the response time from them via email and chat is terrible, I want my money back and will never be shopping with them again. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service, placed an order for an item that is in stock. 2 weeks later still no movement on the order.

Live chat is ALWAYS unavailable, takes a day to reply to each email.

The excuse provided that it is in another warehouse. If they really can't manager to dispatch from their other warehouse in 2 weeks then they shouldn't be using it. It may as well be out of stock.

no customer service the hours on the website for chat are just for show no one actually answers your emails or your chats.

no tracking on items no confirmation and no way to get goods you've paid for steer clear and please never use this company. they took my money like lightning and I feel like I have genuinely been robbed

Despite my best efforts I’ve been unable to elicit a response from Gameseek relating to Order #G47d89d1520605483. Neither emails, online chats or even telephone calls to what may be an out of use line enabled me to contact anyone to resolve non delivery of a still in stock and advertised item. Even PayPal have been unable to contact Gameseek. So, nearly 20 days later I’m leaving this review and 1 red star. I do not recommend using this business to buy any items.

Item ordered on 12th March. Clearly stating - usually dispatched within 24 hrs. Nephews Birthday 21st March. I check my account on 21st and it hadn't even been shipped. Response from Gameseek- "we will ship today". (too late for me) Not even an upgrade to next day shipping. Today 26th March and still no item. Since had to go n buy item elsewhere as it is all my nephew asked for so he could play with friends. Very Poor!

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Take money for pre orders straight away and then don't bother shipping games for release day. The don't respond to email, there own lice chat or have a telephone number. Had to take measures through my bank to get my money back!

This place is an utter joke.
Every single order I have made (6) over a one year period have never gotten to me on time. They claim to dispatch pre orders the day before or 2 days before release to try ensure release day item.
They are always dispatched day of release or after. Recently I ordered Ni No kuni 2 it was dispatched the day before release and I still dont have it.
Customer service are plain rude and not helpful.
Glad I have no more orders from them.
Order else where as anywhere else try their best to get things to you for day of release. These are just a joke.
