Good morning, I have been using Gameserverapp for 8 months now. My evaluation? Excellent, the product helps me manage my Ark SE and ARK ASA community, complex jobs are left to the tool, allowing me to focus on the player experience. Max and the team are always helpful and the discord group is always full of people willing to help you out. Great job and great product.

Their customer support is nearly non-existent. Simply because an email address of mine does not exist anymore (the domain has expired. I will not spend 20 bucks to renew the domain to recover a single account. Not worth spending that for one single account).

I do not recommend using their service if their customer support won't work with you to recover the account. That just shows how unreliable they are.

GSA is hands down the BEST server management and QOL tool I have ever used. Max is kind, attentive and happy to help at almost any hour of the day. Response times are insanely fast! I will never go back to using any other tool for my servers!

Great app for homelabb users as me. Been looking for something like this. Dosent yet support all games my members play but still some of the most popular.
How ever still struggling with where to find how to upgrade payment plan. The only way I could find it was when trying to add server and the app told me theres no room and gave me a link to upgrade my paid plan. Should be easier to find in my opinion.
You are doing a good job so far and eager to see your development. Maybe even more implementation with discord functions, player statistic and much more or maybe I havent found it all yet.

Multiple problems installing on windows server, both 2019 and 2022 versions. There hasn't really been much help on their discord. The site would glitch out when it got to the installing step.

Unpleasant user experience and features that does not do what they promise and lack of will to have any customer service throws it all away.
There is far superior alternatives out there that have a active support team that does not give bog standard replies to everything.

If I did join and ask that and did not get any response then that means they do not offer any good customer service really. If the product description is so unclear that you do not know its going to work then you ask to get a response and see if the solution fits for your application. He also banned me from the discord wich is the only way of communication with them wich means they are not willing to offer any solution to the issue. I have paid for the service and this is the treatment

It has never been so easy and pleasant to host multiple game servers and always have everything in view. Super well thought out and with a number of possibilities to react to all eventualities. The range of possible games is constantly expanding and enables communities to offer a wide range of different games. It is unimaginable to operate a large Ark Cluster today without Gsa!

Way a thousand times better then the other provider we used. The amount of customization you get with GSA is unreal, and the owner is super friendly. The cross-server chat in ARK is also super cool! Would recommend!

Gamserverapp.com is just awesome! We host 2 Ark clusters and it is so easy to set everything up with this website!! from in-game shops to scheduled actions!! Support is very good 2 ! very nice people !

Recently purchased this service and had a couple of things I couldn't figure out. Support was quick with helping me solve the problem and were extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!

Interface is easy to use, and has quite a few options. The support via discord is simply amazing and cannot be beat. I highly recommend this platform!

Setting up custom setting can be a pain as you can't do both easy and advanced modes. I would like all the basic setting to be edited in the easy mode, but for custom ini setting I would be cool if there was some type of place to do that, that wouldnt reset your easy setting bc switching to advanced mode erased previous settings
